 ROOF OF THE PATIO COVER BUILDING EXTENSION, SO AS THE
 SIGN IS PROPOSED, IT IS NOT PERMITTED. SINCE THE
 ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THAT FASCIA SIGNS
 BE MOUNTED TO THE BASE BUILDING FASCIA SIGN BAND AREA,
 A WAIVER 1 WOULD BE REQUIRED TO MOUNT THE SIGN ON THE
 FASCIA OF THE PATIO COVER BUILDING EXTENSION. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE PATIO COVER BUILDING EXTENSION DOES NOT
 MEET THE DEFINITION OF A CANOPY IN THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
