 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE ONLY
 PERMIT FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS,
 WHICH IS A WAIVER 1. A WAIVER I REQUIRES WRITTEN
 APPROVAL FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA DO NOT PERMIT
 MULTIPLE FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS ON A FRONTAGE UNLESS
 CITYPLACE RETAIL APPROVES THE USE OF MULTIPLE SIGNS AS
 A WAIVER 1.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA PROHIBIT ROOFTOP
 SIGNS. SIGN CL-1 IS MOUNTED ON THE ROOF OF THE PATIO
 COVER BUILDING EXTENSION, SO AS THE SIGN IS PROPOSED,
 IT IS NOT PERMITTED. SINCE THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN
 CRITERIA REQUIRE THAT FASCIA SIGNS BE MOUNTED TO THE
 BASE BUILDING FASCIA SIGN BAND AREA, A WAIVER 1 WOULD
 BE REQUIRED TO MOUNT THE SIGN ON THE FASCIA OF THE
 PATIO COVER BUILDING EXTENSION. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 PATIO COVER BUILDING EXTENSION DOES NOT MEET THE
 DEFINITION OF A CANOPY IN THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN
 CRITERIA, SO THE CANOPY SIGN CRITERIA SO NOT APPLY TO
 THIS SIGN.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA PERMIT A
 MAXIMUM PANEL HEIGHT OF 18 INCHES FOR A FASCIA IDENTITY
 SIGN UNLESS SUBMITS AND IS GRANTED A WAIVER II (MINOR
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT). THE WAIVER II MAY
 INCREASE THE FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN HEIGHT BY UP TO 50
 PERCENT, SO THE PANEL HEIGHT MAY BE A MAXIMUM OF 27
 INCHES.
  
 A. THE CURRENT DESIGN FOR SIGN CL.1 SHOWS A PANEL
 HEIGHT OF 36 INCHES, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 B. THE CURRENT DESIGN FOR SIGN CL.2 SHOWS A PANEL
 HEIGHT OF 28 INCHES, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 5) SIGN CL.1 INCLUDES BOTH THE COPY AND THE PANEL THAT
 IT IS MOUNTED TO, WHICH MAKES THIS SIGN 62 SQUARE FEET
 IN AREA.
  
 6) SIGN CL.1 EXCEEDS THE 16 FOOT MAXIMUM HEIGHT FROM
 GRADE ALLOWED FOR A FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN. IF THIS SIGN
 IS REDESIGNED TO COMPLY WITH THE FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN
 REQUIREMENTS, AND IS STILL EXCEEDS THE 16 FOOT HEIGHT
 ALLOWANCE, CITYPLACE RETAIL MAY GRANT A WAIVER 1 FOR
 THE ALTERNATIVE VERTICAL PLACEMENT OF THE SIGN.
  
 7) SIGN CL.2 INCLUDES BOTH THE COPY AND THE PANEL THAT
 IT IS MOUNTED TO, WHICH MAKES THE SIGN 19.2 SQUARE FEET
 IN AREA.
  
 8) THE "LUCID" SIGN THAT IS SHOWN ON THE BUILD OUT
 PLANS MOUNTED ON TO THE INTERIOR WALL BUT VISIBLE ON
 THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDING IS REQUIRED TO COUNT
 TOWARD MEETING THE SIGN SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWANCE.
 PROVIDE A SHEET SHOWING THIS SIGN AND ITS DIMENSIONS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT BASED ON THE EXTERIOR SIGNS, THIS SIGN
 MAY BE A MAXIMUM OF 31.6 SQUARE FEET IN AREA.

 HOUSING THE POWER SUPPLY TO WHICH THE SIGN COPY IS
 ATTACHED. THE LETTERS ARE LISTED AS STAINLESS STEEL
 WITH #6 FINISH AND WHITE ACRYLIC. ONLY ONE ADDITIONAL
 ALTERNATIVE COLOR IS PERMITTED, UNLESS A WAIVER I IS
 GRANTED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL.
 B. FOR SIGN CL.2 PROVIDE THE COLORS OF THE CABINET AND
 THE METAL PANEL. THE LETTERS ARE LISTED AS STAINLESS
 STEEL WITH #6 FINISH AND WHITE ACRYLIC. ONLY ONE
 ADDITIONAL ALTERNATIVE COLOR IS PERMITTED, UNLESS A
 WAIVER I IS GRANTED BY CITYPLACE RETAIL.
  
 10) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 ALL CONDUIT, RACEWAYS, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES,
 TRANSFORMERS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR SIGN
 CONNECTION SHALL BE CONCEALED. THE SECTION VIEW OF SIGN
 CL-1 SHOWS THE CONDUIT COMING OUT OF THE ROOF GOING TO
 THE FRONT OF THE SIGN PANEL, WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED.
 WHEN THIS SIGN IS REDESIGNED TO MEET THE FASCIA
 IDENTITY SIGN CRITERIA, THEN THIS CONDUIT NEEDS TO BE
 CONCEALED IN THE SIGN SUPPORT POSTS.
  
 11) FOR SIGN CL-1 PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF THE CABINET
 HOUSING THE POWER SUPPLY TO WHICH THE SIGN COPY IS
 ATTACHED, TO IN INCLUDE TYPE OF METAL, COLOR AND
 FINISH.
  
 12) FOR SIGN CL-2 PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE METAL
 PANEL BEING INSTALLED AS THE BACKER TO THE LUCID COPY,
 TO INCLUDE TYPE OF METAL, COLOR AND FINISH.
  
 13) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT REVERSE CHANNEL LETTERS ARE FABRICATED OUT OF
 ALUMINUM WITH A MINIMUM METAL THICKNESS OF .060 INCHES
 WITH A PAINTED FINISH. THE SIGN DETAIL SPECIFIES THAT
 THE LETTERS ARE 16 GAUGE STAINLESS STEEL THAT WILL NOT
 BE PAINTED. THE USE OF UNPAINTED STAINLESS STEEL IS AN
 ALTERNATIVE MATERIAL WHICH REQUIRES APPROVAL BY
 CITYPLACE RETAIL AS A WAIVER 1.
  
 14) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THE STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR
 BOLTS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE
 PLANS.

 SIGN CL.2 IS A FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN
  
 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE ONLY
