 1-PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R101.5.1 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
 NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE FORMS ARE PROPERLY SIGNED BY ALL
 REQUIRED PARTIES, INCLUDING THE OWNER OR LEGALLY
 AUTHORIZED AGENT.
  
 2- PROVIDE DRAINAGE PLAN SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 FOLLOWING:
 R401.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 SEC. 107.2.5 CITY AMENDMENTS.
 SEC. 110.9 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- ENGINEERING CRITERIA ON SHEET 2 OF 10:
 A)ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 FBC-RESIDENTIAL THIS
 BUILDING IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". REVISE AS
 REQUIRED AND REVISE THE COMPONENTS AND CLADDING DESIGN
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY.
  
 B)DESIGN LOADS SPECIFY A FLOOR LIVE/DEAD LOAD OF
 100PSF. CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE SECOND FLOOR LIVE LOAD AND
 DEAD LOAD FOR WHICH FLOOR TRUSSES ARE DESIGNED. SEC.
 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 C) DESIGN LOADS SPECIFY A ROOF LIVE/DEAD LOAD OF 45PSF.
 CLEARLY IDENTIFY THE ROOF LIVE LOAD AND DEAD LOAD FOR
 WHICH ROOF TRUSSES ARE DESIGNED, INCLUDING THE ATTIC
 LIVE LOADS WITH STORAGE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS

 4- SHEET 7 OF 10:
 A) PROVIDE DETAIL SHOWING HOW THE TWO FLOOR GIRDER
 TRUSSES ARE CONNECTED TO THE THE WALL WHEN THEY MEET AT
 THE INTERSECTION BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AREA AND THE
 MORNING ROOM. SEC. 107.2.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 B) CLARIFY SPACING OF FLOOR TRUSSES SHOWN ON THE FLOOR
 FRAMING PLAN. THERE IS A NOTE SPECIFYING 24" FLOOR
 TRUSSES @ 24" O.C, BUT TRUSSES ABOVE OFFICE AND GREAT
 ROOM ARE SHOWN WHAT LOOKS TO BE 16" O.C. SPACING, WHILE
 OTHER FLOOR TRUSSES ARE SHOWN WHAT LOOKS TO BE 24"
 O.C.. REVISE/ CLARIFY AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY

 INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS. ALL PRODUCT
 APPROVALS NEED TO BE APPROVED IN WRITING BY DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL):
  
 A) FLAT ROOF. AND, CLEARLY MARK WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY
 IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR ALL ROOF ZONES, THEN SIGNED AND SEALED
 RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED.
  
 B) ROOF TILE AND CLEARLY SPECIFY ROOF TILE FASTENING
 METHOD AS REQUIRED BY CITY POLICY FOR ALL ROOFING
 PERMITS. FOR MECHANICALLY ATTACHED TILE PROVIDE
 COMPLETE TILE FASTENING INFORMATION.
  
 C)ROOF TILE ADHESIVE IF SELECTED AS THE FASTENING
 METHOD. CLEARLY IDENTIFY PADDY SIZE.
  
 D)GARAGE OVERHEAD DOOR. NOA 17-1018.12 SUBMITTED
 EXPIRED ON JULY 21, 2020. NEED CURRENT ONE.
  
 E)DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS
  
 7-HOUSE IS DESIGNED WITH UNVENTED ATTIC. DESIGNER OF
 RECORD IS SPECIFYING ICYNENE SPRAY INSULATION. PROVIDE
 ICC EVALUATION REPORT FOR THE ICYNENE INSULATION TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R316 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
 NOTE: DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE THE
 REPORT IN WRITING PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 8-HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS DEFERRED SUBMITTAL: PROVIDE
 SHOP DRAWINGS REVIEWED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO INSTALLATION TO AVOID CONFLICTS/DELAYS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE
 ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF
 THE REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR
 SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL
