 FIXTURE AND DEVICE SCHEDULE. SHOW THE POINTS OF
 CONNECTIONS TO THE EXISTING WATER DISTRIBUTION AND
 SANITARY DRAINAGE SYSTEMS- SECTION 107.3.5.1.3 WPB
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 2) INDICATE HOW THE REQUIRED TEMPERED WATER WILL BE
 PROVIDED TO THE LAVATORIES PER SECTION 416.5 FBC P, AND
 SHOW THE SOURCE OF REQUIRED HOT WATER- SECTION 607.1.
  
 3) A2.1: ACCESSIBILITY CORRECTIONS NEEDED PER THE FBC
 ACC:
  
 A) THE MOUNTING HEIGHTS OF THE GRAB BARS IS NOT SHOWN.
 THE HEIGHTS SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH- SECTION 609.4.
 PLEASE SEE FIGURE 604.5.2 FOR LOCATION OF REAR GRAB BAR
 BEHIND THE WATER CLOSET.
  
 B) LOCATION OF THE WATER CLOSET FLUSH CONTROL NOT
 SHOWN- SECTION 604.6.
  
 C) THE 40" HEIGHT OF THE MIRROR SHALL BE MEASURED FROM

 URINALS AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NONABSORBENT SURFACE, TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, AND EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL
 ELEMENTS, THE MATERIALS USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF
 A TYPE THAT IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.
 EXCEPTION: THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING
 BUILDINGS AND SPACES:
 1. DWELLING UNITS AND SLEEPING UNITS.
 2. TOILET ROOMS THAT ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC
 AND THAT HAVE NOT MORE THAN ONE WATER CLOSET.
  
 THE PLAN IS INDICATING EPOXY- PAINTED DRYWALL, HOWEVER
 IF THE RESTROOM IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC THEN
 EPOXY-PAINTED DRYWALL DOES NOT MEET COMPLIANCE.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
