 ERRORS. THE LATITUDE AND LONGITUDE ARE REVERSED ON THE
 CERTIFICATE (IE. THE LONGITUDE IS IN THE SPACE FOR
 LATITUDE AND THE LATITUDE IS IN THE SPACE FOR
 LONGITUDE). THE NORTH AND WEST DESIGNATIONS WERE NOT
 SPECIFIED FOR LONGITUDE AND LATITUDE. NOTE: THE
 COORDINATES ARE REQUIRED TO BE WITHIN 66 FEET OF THE
 MAIN BUILDING ENTRANCE. [PREVIOUS COMMENT #2. THE NOT
 COMPLIED.] [PRECONSTRUCTION ELEVATION CERTIFICATE WAS
 NOT SUBMITTED.] (THE PERMIT CAN NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL A

 3) SITE PLANS WERE SUBMITTED FOR REFERENCE. A REVIEW OF

 A) SHOW HOW THE EXISTING HOTEL WILL COMPLY WITH FBC
 705.8 MAXIMUM AREA OF EXTERIOR WALL OPENINGS BASED ON
 FIRE SEPARATION DISTANCE TO THE PROPOSED PARCEL LINE
 BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS.
 B) THE PLANS SPECIFY (5) ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. FBC
 ACCESSIBILITY 208.2 REQUIRES (9) ACCESSIBILE SPACES FOR
 PARKING FACILITIES WITH 401 - 500 SPACES AND (8)
 ACCESSIBILE SPACES FOR PARKING FACILITIES WITH 301 -
 400 SPACES. THE ACTUAL NUMBER WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL
 NUMBER OF SPACES IF THE WAVIER THAT YOU HAVE REQUESTED
 IS GRANTED OR NOT. FBC ACCESSIBILITY 208.2.4 REQUIRES
 (2) OF THE ACCESSIBILE SPACES TO BE VAN PARKING SPACES.

 A011. DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.
