 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) LIFE SAFETY PLAN LS1 & A2: THE OCCUPANT LOAD
 CALCULATIONS INDICATE 32 OCCUPANTS, BUT THE PLANS KEEP
 STATING FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY YOU ARE ALLOWED COMMON
 PATH OF TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS OCCUPANCY 100 FEET MAXIMUM
 30 OCCUPANTS. THIS IS TAKEN FROM THE 2017 FBC-BUILDING
 TABLE 1006.1.2. THIS IS CORRECT, BUT FOR 32 OCCUPANTS,
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, NON-SPRINKLERED YOUR COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL IS 75 FEET. FROM THE FURTHEST POINT IN THE
 FURTHEST RESTROOM TO THE FRONT ENTRY IS 80 FEET WHEN
 MEASURED TO YOUR DRAWINGS. IF YOU REDUCE YOU OCCUPANT
 LOAD BY TWO YOUR OCCUPANT LOAD OF 30 WOULD QUALIFY FOR
 COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL OF 100 FEET FOR A BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY NON-SPRINKLERED AND AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 30.

 BUILDING OFFICIAL INTERPRETATION ON 06/2020. IN
 BATHROOMS, RESTROOMS & SERVICE SINK AREAS EPOXY PAINT
 IS NO LONGER CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT
 SURFACE.
 EXISTING RESTROOM ELEVATIONS DO NOT PROVIDE WALL
 FINISHES. 2017 FBC-B 1210.2.2. WALLS & PARTITIONS. THIS
 COMMENT IS A RESULT OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL
 INTERPRETATION. IN RESTROOMS EPOXY PAINT IS NO LONGER
 CONSIDERED A SMOOTH HARD, NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE. WALLS
 & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS,
 AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS,
 THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT
 IS NOT ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY MOISTURE.

 TOILET WALLS SHALL COMPLY WITH 1210.2.
  
 2K)(2) FBC-B1210.2. FINISH MATERIALS. WALLS, FLOORS AND
 PARTITIONS IN TOILET AND BATHROOMS SHALL COMPLY WITH
 SECTIONS 1210.1 THROUGH 1210.4.
