 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) LIFE SAFETY PLAN LS1:
 1A) THIS SPACE THE DESIGNER OF RECORD LABELS AS A
 BUSINESS OCCUPANCY. I AGREE. THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 ALSO STATES THAT THERE IS NO CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY OR USE
 SINCE THE SPACE IS VACANT CURRENTLY. PLEASE NOTE THIS
 IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY.
 THIS TENANT SPACE WAS PART OF THE MAC FABRIC MERCANTILE
 STORE THE ADDRESS 426 CLEMATIS ST. WHEN SUFFOLK
 CONSTRUCTION CAME IN AND REMODELED THE TENANT SPACE OF
 426 CLEMATIS ST. THE TENANT SEPARATION WALL WENT UP
 CREATING THE 428 CLEMATIS ST. IT CAN BE ARGUED THAT THE
 NEW TENANT SPACE CREATED AT 428 CLEMATIS WAS LEFT AS A
 VANILLA SHELL, BUT THE LAST KNOWN USE OCCUPATIONAL
 LICENSE/ BUSINESS TAX WAS MAC FABRIC. THE ADDRESS OF
 426 THE BUSINESS TAX LICENSE IS FOR SUFFOLK
 CONSTRUCTION, THEIR OFFICE. THE 2017 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE SECTION 1001.2.2.1 LIST THIS TENANT SPACE AS A
 PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. WHERE A PORTION OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED.
  
 1B) THE OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR TAKEN FOR THE BUSINESS
 OCCUPANCY IS TAKEN AT 100 GROSS AREA. FLOOR AREA,
 GROSS. THE FLOOR AREA WITHIN THE INSIDE PERIMETER OF
 THE EXTERIOR WALLS OF THE BUILDING UNDER CONSIDERATION,
 EXCLUSIVE OF VENT SHAFTS AND COURTS, WITHOUT DEDUCTION
 FOR CORRIDORS, STAIRWAYS, CLOSETS, THE THICKNESS OF
 INTERIOR WALLS, COLUMNS OR OTHER FEATURES. THE FLOOR

 & PARTITIONS WITHIN 2 FEET OF SERVICE SINKS, URINALS,
 AND WATER CLOSETS SHALL HAVE A SMOOTH, HARD,
 NON-ABSORBENT SURFACE TO A HEIGHT OF NOT LESS THAN 4
 FEET ABOVE THE FLOOR, EXCEPT FOR STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS,
 THE MATERIAL USED IN SUCH WALLS SHALL BE OF A TYPE THAT
