 1) THE LUCID INVENTORY PARKING/CHARGING IS NOT APPROVED
 FOR PUBLIC (LUCID CAR OWNERS) ACCESS/CHARGING;
 THEREFORE, ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THE REVISION.
 ADDITONALLY, CUSTOMERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE BROUGHT
 TO THIS AREA BY SALESMEN TO REVIEW CARS THAT ARE NOT IN
 THE SHOWROOM, BEGIN A TEST DRIVE, ETC.
  
 2) THE INSTALLATION OF THE WIDER SPACE AND THE ACCESS
 AISLE FOR AN ADA SPACE ENCROACHES INTO, AND MAKES THE
 ADJACENT NON LUCID SPACE A NON-CODE COMPLIANT SIZE,
 WHICH REMOVES THIS SPACE FROM THE OVERALL PARKING
 AVAILABILITY.
  
 3) THE CONVERSION OF TWO NORMAL PARKING SPACES TO AN
 ADA SPACE AND THE ACCESS AISLE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 DRIVE AISLE RESULTS IN THE REMOVAL OF A PARKING SPACE.
  
 4) EVEN THOUGH COMMENT #1 DOES NOT PERMIT THE USE OF
 THESE SPACES BY THE PUBLIC OR ACCESS BY CUSTOMERS (THUS
 NOT REQUIRING ADA) CITY RETAIL HAS NOT AUTHORIZED THE
 REMOVAL ON ADDITIONAL PARKING SPACES NOR HAS STAFF
 REVIEWED HOW THIS WOULD AFFECT THE OVERALL PARKING
 INVENTORY FOR ROSEMARY SQUARE.
