 WALL MOUNTED BLADE SIGN #2 SECOND FLOOR
  
 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA LIMIT WALL
 MOUNTED BLADE SIGN PANELS TO A MAXIMUM SIGN FACE OF
 FOUR (4) SQUARE FEET PER SIDE UNLESS CITYPLACE RETAIL
 SUBMITS AND IS GRANTED A WAIVER II (MINOR PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT). THE WAIVER II MAY INCREASE THE
 SIGN'S DIMENSION BY 25 TO 50 PERCENT, SO THE PROPOSED
 5.27 SQUARE FEET PER SIDE, SO IT FALLS WITHIN THE
 25-50% SIGN DIMENSION ALLOWANCE.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. PROVIDE THE DIMENSION FROM THE COPY TO THE
 EDGE OF SIGN FACE THAT VERIFIES THIS REQUIREMENT. NOTE:
 IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THE THREE INCH MARGIN IS
 PRESENT ON THE SIGNS. THERE IS NO WAIVER PERMITTED FROM
 THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN AND ELEVATION DRAWING THAT ARE
 INCLUDED WITH THIS PERMIT SUBMITTAL CALL OUT SIGN #1
 WHICH IS ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND REVIEWED UNDER PERMIT
 20090551. SINCE ONLY ONE SIGN IS PERMITTED ON THE 1ST
 FLOOR THIS SIGN MUST BE ON THE 2ND FLOOR. PROVIDE THE
 CORRECT ELEVATION DRAWINGS AND SITE PLAN FOR THIS SIGN
 ON THE 2ND FLOOR.
  
 4) PLEASE REMEMBER, THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN
 CRITERIA REQUIRE THAT BLADE SIGNS BE MOUNTED A MINIMUM
 OF NINE (9) FEET FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR. THE PLANS MAY
 NOT SHOW PLUS OR MINUS 9 FEET.
