 2ND FLOOR FASCIA IDENTITY SIGN.
  
 1) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS BE MOUNTED TO THE FRONT OF
 THE FASCIA AND DO NOT PERMIT THEM TO BE HUNG FROM THE
 UNDERSIDE OF THE FASCIA.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT SIGNS BE MOUNTED A MINIMUM OF NINE (9) FEET FROM
 THE FINISHED FLOOR. THE PLANS SHOW THAT THE BOTTOM OF
 THE SIGN IS NOT NINE FEET FROM THE FINISHED FLOOR.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT FASCIA IDENTITY SIGNS MUST BE REVERSE CHANNEL
 LETTERS. NO WAIVER OPTION IS PROVIDED TO PERMIT FASCIA
 IDENTITY SIGNS TO BE FACE LIT CHANNEL LETTERS.
 ADDITIONALLY, TRANSLUCENT ACRYLIC IS PROHIBITED FOR THE
 FRONT OF THE SIGN.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE THE
 STUD MOUNTS TO BE SERIES 316 STAINLESS STEEL ANCHOR
 BOLTS. PROVIDE VERIFICATION OF THIS REQUIREMENT ON THE
 PLANS. NOTE: STAFF'S RESEARCH HAS NOT VERIFIED THAT
 TAPCONS ARE STAINLESS STEEL.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE SIGN FACE THAT
 VERIFIES THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 PERMITTED: 80 SF
 PROPOSED: 6.6 SF
  
 WINDOW GRAPHIC SIGN COMPLIES WITH 20% MAXIMUM AREA OF
 GLAZING AND PASSES ZONING REVIEW.
