 ADMINISTRATION
  
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE FLOOR PLAN SHEET A-1.00 SHOWS THE RESTROOM DOOR
 IDENTIFIED AS DOOR # 2 A OUTSWING DOOR. SHEET A-2.00
 HAS THE DOOR SCHEDULE AND DOOR # 2 THE RESTROOM DOOR
 HAVING A CLOSER & LATCH. PLEASE NOTE ON THE FLOOR PLAN
 SHEET A-1.00 IN THE RESTROOM ON THE LATCH SIDE OF THE
 DOOR THERE IS NOT 1 FOOT MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 2017 FBC-ACCESS. CODE 404.2.4 MANEUVERING CLEARANCES.
 DOORS. MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND
 GATES SHALL COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES
 SHALL EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE
 REQUIRED LATCH SIDE FOR SIDE CLEARANCE. SEE FIGURE
 404.2.4.1( C ),FRONT APPROACH, PUSH SIDE, DOOR PROVIDES
 WITH BOTH CLOSER AND LATCH.
  
 2A) SHEET P-1 SHOWS THE WATER CLOSET BEING MOVED,
 ASSUMED 3 INCHES FROM 15 INCHES CENTER LINE OFF SIDE
 WALL TO 18 INCHES CENTER LINE OF THE SIDEWALL. THE
 PLANS ARCHITECTURAL NOR PLUMBING SHOW HOW OR HAT THE
 FLOOR INFILL WILL BE. WHILE IT IS TRUE THAT THE TYPE
 II-B BUILDING DOES NOT REQUIRE THE FLOORS TO BE FIRE
 RATED AND THE UNKNOWN IS FOUND IN THE 2017 FBC-B
 SECTION 711.2.4.2. SEPARATING FIRE AREAS. WHERE THE
 HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLY IS SEPARATES A SINGLE OCCUPANCY
 INTO DIFFERENT FIRE AREAS, THE ASSEMBLY SHALL AFIRE
 RESISTANCE RATING OF NOT LESS THAN THAT REQUIRED BY
 SECTION/TABLE 707.3.10.
  
 2B) IF REQUIRED THEN SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 714.4.1.2 THROUGH-PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEMS. THE F
 RATING/ T RATING OF NOT LESS THAN 1 HOUR BUT LESS THAN
 THE REQUIRED RATING OF THE FLOOR PENETRATED.
  
 3) SHEET A-000 THE ACCESSIBILITY DETAIL SHEET. THIS
 SHEET HAS A DETAIL FOR LAVATORY CLEARANCES. IN THIS
 SAME DETAIL THERE IS A NOTE THAT (FOR MEDICINE
 CABINETS) THE LOWEST SHELF IS TO BE NO HIGHER THAN 44
 INCHES FROM THE FINISH FLOOR. PLEASE ALSO NOT FOR
 MEDICINE CABINETS WITH MIRROR FRONTS MUST MEET THE SAME
 REQUIREMENT AS FOR MIRRORS.
 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE 603.3 MIRRORS. 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE
 LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE
 BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 40 INCHES MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. MIRRORS NOT LOCATED
 ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
 THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 35 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 4) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
