 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSE TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE EITHER THE CITYPLACE
 MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP OR A LETTER WITH THE STAMP
 THAT CLEARLY LISTS THE PLANS THAT ARE APPROVED AS PART
 OF THE PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT
 THE TRELLIS (FALLS UNDER THE CANOPY DEFINITION)
 REQUIRES A MINIMUM VERTICAL CLEARANCE OF 10 FEET FROM
 THE SIDEWALK ELEVATION. THE PLAN AND SECTION VIEW LISTS
 THE HEIGHT AS 8.33 FEET, WHILE THE ELEVATION VIEW LISTS
 THE HEIGHT AS MINIMUM OF 7.5 FEET. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 MASTER SIGN PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE FOR A WAIVER OF THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 3) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT
 THE TRELLIS REQUIRES A MINIMUM HORIZONTAL PROJECTION OF
 EIGHT (8) FEET FROM THE FACE OF THE BUILDING. THE PLANS
 SHOW THE TRELLIS ONLY PROJECTING FROM THE WALL FOUR (4)
 FEET. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE MASTER SIGN PLAN PERMITS A
 HORIZONTAL PROJECTION OF BETWEEN 4 AND 8 FEET ONLY IF
 CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT HAS GRANTED A WAIVER I. A WAIVER I
 REQUIRES THE SUBMITTAL OF A LETTER FROM CITYPLACE
 MANAGEMENT ALLOWING THE 4 FOOT HORIZONTAL PROJECTION
 WITH THE BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 4) NOTE: STAFF HAS SEEN A SIGN PERMIT FOR A SIGN THAT
 IS PROPOSED TO BE MOUNTED TO THE TRELLIS WHICH INCLUDES
 ELECTRIC FOR ILLUMINATION OF THE SIGN. THE ROSEMARY
 SQUARE MASTER SIGN PLAN REQUIRES THAT ALL CONDUIT,
 RACEWAYS, CROSSOVERS, WIRING, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT
 NECESSARY FOR THE SIGN'S ELECTRICAL CONNECTION SHALL BE
 CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. THE DESIGN OF
 THIS TRELLIS DOES NOT ALLOW FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
 ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS THAT ARE NOT VISIBLE TO THE
 PUBLIC.
  
 5) THE TRELLIS SHOWN AS PART OF THIS PERMIT HAS ALREADY
 BEEN INSTALLED SO A 4 TIMES THE FEE FOR WORK WITHOUT A
 PERMIT HAS BEEN ADDED TO THIS PERMIT.
