 OR WALL SHALL EXCEED EIGHT FEET IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE
 REQUIRED SIDE AND REAR SETBACKS. FENCES AND WALL SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 48 INCHES IN HEIGHT WITHIN THE REQUIRED
 FRONT SETBACK. THE FRONT SETBACK IS ALONG REVERE ROAD,
 MEANING THE PROPOSED FENCE CANNOT EXCEED 4 FEET IN
 HEIGHT.
