 CONDITION(S):
 1. WINDOWS #1, #2, #3, #22 SHALL BE CLEAR GLASS ONLY.
 NO LOW-E OR TINT.
 2. WINDOWS #2 AND #3 SHALL HAVE A FOUR-INCH OR SIX-INCH
 WIDE MULLION.
 3. ALL WINDOWS THAT ARE REPLACING EXISTING WINDOWS
 SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE EXISTING WINDOW OPENING FRAME
 AND MATCH THE INSET/PLACEMENT/DEPTH/LOCATION OF THE
 ORIGINAL WINDOWS. THIS CONDITION DOES NOT APPLY TO
 WINDOWS #2 AND #3.
 4. ALL EXISTING MULLIONS SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MATCHING MULLION IN WIDTH AND PLACEMENT. THIS
 CONDITION DOES NOT APPLY TO WINDOWS #2 AND #3.
 5. THIS PERMIT DOES NOT APPROVE THE PARTIAL SITE PLAN
 ILLUSTRATING THE NEW WALKWAY, RETAINING WALL, OR OTHER
 MODIFICATIONS TO THE FRONT YARD.
 6. THE WALKWAY FROM THE HOUSE TO SIDEWALK AND RAISED
 BLOCK (RETAINING WALL) REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
 ILLUSTRATE THAT THE PROPERTY HAS AT LEAST 937.5 SQUARE
 FEET OF LIVING PLANT MATERIAL WITHIN THE FRONT YARD
 AREA (25 FT X 50 FT)
 7. THE ?PARTIALLY SITE PLAN? INDICATES GRASS. TWO
 BANYANS ARE EXISTING. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS
 REQUIRED IF INTERESTED IN REMOVING THEM.
 8. A MAXIMUM OF 49% OF THE EXISTING SIDING THAT HAS
 DETERIORATED MAY BE REPLACED. IF EXCEEDING THIS
 THRESHOLD, THE WORK SHALL STOP ON THE SIDING AND A
 CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATE (COA) APPLICATION SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD.
 9. THE NEW SIDING SHALL MATCH THE EXISTING WOOD SPECIES
 OR HAVE SPECIFICATIONS THAT INDICATE THE WOOD HAS AN
 ESTIMATED LIFESPAN OF AT LEAST FIFTY (50) YEARS IN THE
 SOUTH FLORIDA ENVIRONMENT.
