 1. ALL ROOF MOUNTED EQUIPMENT SHALL BE SCREENED TO THE
 HEIGHT OF THE EQUIPMENT. ALL WALL MOUNTED EQUIPMENT
 SHALL BE ARCHITECTURALLY SCREENED OR PAINTED TO MATCH
 BUILDING FA?ADE. SUBJECT TO ZONING INSPECTION AT TIME
 OF TCO AND CO
 2. SEPARATE PERMIT REQUIRED FOR ALL SIGNAGE, FOR
 PHOTOMETRICS, LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION, AND BUS SHELTER
 (IF EXACT DETAILS NOT INCLUDED ON THIS PERMIT).
 3. MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED BETWEEN THE
 DEVELOPER AND CITY FOR MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPE AND
 HARDSCAPE WITHIN CITY ROW. THIS SHALL INCLUDE THE
 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION IN THE MEDIAN IN BANYAN
 BOULEVARD
 4. THE PROPERTY SHALL BE REPLATTED PRIOR TO CO. A
 PERPETUAL ACCESS AGREEMENT SHALL BE RECORDED AS PART OF
 THE REPLAT OR THROUGH A SEPARATE INSTRUMENT FOR THE
 PEDESTRIAN PASSAGEWAY ON THE EASTERN SIDE OF THE
 STRUCTURE
 5. PERMIT REVISION SHALL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO TCO TO
 ILLUSTRATE PROPOSED TAMARIND AVENUE PLANS ONCE
 COORDINATION EFFORTS WITH CITY, WHITING TURNER AND
 APPLICANT HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
 6. PERMIT REVISION SHALL BE REQUIRED IF RAILING DESIGN
 OR OTHER ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES ARE MODIFIED
 7. APPROVED MINOR SITE PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR AS-BUILTS
 REQUIRED PRIOR TO CO
 8. BUS SHELTER DETAILS TO BE REVIEWED THROUGH SEPARATE
 PERMIT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO TCO. COLUMNS CANNOT BE
 LOCATED IN MINIMUM FIVE FOOT SIDEWALK ON ROW
 9. ANY PORTION OF IMPROVEMENTS ALONG BANYAN BOULEVARD
 THAT ARE OUTSIDE THE ROW OR OUTSIDE THE SCOPE OF THE
 BANYAN BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE SHALL BE COMPLETED BY THE
 DEVELOPER AND AT THE EXPENSE OF THE DEVELOPER
 10. THE PUBLIC SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO THE RETAIL PARKING
 SPACES THROUGH THE PARKING GARAGE GATE. IF SPACE IS
 UTILIZED FOR OFFICE SPACE, TENANTS SHALL HAVE ACCESS TO
 THE 6 PARKING SPACES
 11. ALL ABOVE GROUND UTILITIES SHALL BE SCREENED WITH
 LANDSCAPE TO BEST EXTENT POSSIBLE
 12. ANY MODIFICATIONS TO PLACEMENT OF ABOVE GROUND
 UTILITIES SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH ZONING AS WELL AS
 OTHER APPLICABLE DEPARTMENTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION
 13. RECOMMENDING TO INCLUDE SKATEBOARD DETERRENT ON
 BENCHES
 14. GROUND FLOOR WINDOWS SHALL BE LIGHT TINTED TO
 PERMIT INTERACTION WITH THE EXTERIOR TO MEET
 TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS
 15. PARKING SPACES FOR GUESTS, THE COMMERCIAL SPACE AND
 THE CAR SHARE SPACES SHALL BE CLEARLY INDICATED WITHIN
 THE PARKING GARAGE THROUGH SIGNAGE OR OTHER MEANS
 16. THE SIDEWALK CONNECTIONS FROM THE TWO NORTH DOORS
 (FOR FIRE EGRESS) ARE SHOWN FOR THE PURPOSE OF MEETING
 FIRE EGRESS REQUIREMENTS. THESE SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED
 IF THE LINEAR PARK IS CONSTRUCTED AT THE SAME TIME AS
 FLAGLER STATION. THIS SHALL BE CONFIRMED BY THE FIRE
 CHIEF THROUGH THE APPROVAL FOR THE LINEAR PARK AND
 PRIOR TO CO
 17. PER DAC CONDITION OF APPROVAL, A WARNING SIGN SHALL
 BE INCLUDED AT THE PARKING GARAGE ENTRANCE INDICATING
 TO PEDESTRIANS THAT A CAR IS APPROACHING
 18. ANY HISTORICAL RAILROAD OR OTHER ARTIFACT FOUND
 WHILE SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PRESERVED AND
 HISTORICAL PRESERVATION PLANNER SHALL COORDINATE ITS
