 WHICH DESIGN SPECIFICATION ( A OR B) OF THE FAIR
 HOUSING ACT THE UNIT BATHROOMS WERE DESIGNED. IF
 SPECIFICATION A IS SELECTED AS THE BASIS FOR DESIGNING
 A BATHROOM, ALL BATHROOMS IN THE DWELLING UNIT ALSO
 MUST COMPLY WITH THE A SPECIFICATION. IF SPECIFICATION
 B IS SELECTED, ONLY ONE BATHROOM IN THE DWELLING UNIT
 MUST MEET THOSE REQUIREMENTS. I COULD NOT FIND THIS
 INFORMATION ANYWHERE ON THE ARCHITECTURAL OR PLUMBING
 SHEETS. 2ND REQUEST.
 2) INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHICH DESIGN STANDARD IS BEING
 USED FOR FAIR HOUSING ACT DESIGN COMPLIANCE. SHT.

 38) THE SUBMETERS SHALL BE NON COMBUSTIBLE IF LOCATED
 IN A RETURN AIR CLOSET AS IT APPEARS THEY ARE. THE
 SUBMITTED SPECS FOR THE METER DOES NOT SHOW THIS. HESE
 METERS ARE COMPOSED OF A POLYMER MATERIAL. RAPPING THE
 SUBMETERS WITH A FIRE WRAP IS NOT AN OPTION.
 39) SUBMIT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/DETAILS ON THE
 BOOSTER PUMP. THE DETAIL ON SHT. P-4.01 IS VERY
 MINIMAL. WPB AMEND. TO FBC SEC. 107.2.1.2ND REQUEST.
 40) THE BACKFLOW PREVENTER FOR THE REFRIGERATOR DOES
 NOT COMPLY WITH THE ASSE 1022 STANDARD. ALL BACKFLOWS
