 C. DRIVEWAY ? PROVIDE WIDTH OF DRIVEWAY AT PROPERTY
 LINE AND MATERIAL.
 2. A LANDSCAPING PERMIT MAY BE REQUIRED. THE PROPOSED
 PERMIT VALUE EXCEEDS 50% OF THE IMPROVEMENT VALUE.
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. 94-442(C)(2)A.
 SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING UNITS OR SUBMIT A LANDSCAPING
 PERMIT TO BRING THE PROPERTY FOR COMPLIANCE. PLEASE
 CONTACT RAY CARANCI TO DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH THE

 3. PROVIDE GARAGE DOOR AND ROOF PRODUCT APPROVALS. IF A
 SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE PULLED FOR THESE, INDICATE FOR

 PROPOSED CONDITIONS, SUBJECT TO CHANGE:
 1. ALL NEW SHUTTERS SHALL BE SIZED TO COVER THE WINDOW
 OPENING IF CLOSED COMPLETELY.
 2. ALL GLASS SHALL BE CLEAR IF STREET FACING.
 NON-STREET FACING GLASS SHALL HAVE CLEAR GLASS AND MAY
