 DENIED BY BUILDING
 PLEASE ADDRESS THE ITEMS NOTED BELOW:
  
 1) ON SHEET S1 UNDER STRUCTURAL DESIGN, NOTE D-2 LISTS
 ASCE 7-16 FOR WIND LOAD DESIGN. CHAPTER 46 OF THE 2017
 FBC-R REFERENCES ASCE 7-10 FOR THE MINIMUM DESIGN LOADS
 FOR BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES. PLEASE CORRECT AND
 REVIEW THE SPECIFIED ROOF AND WALL PRESSURES.
  
 2) SUBMIT A LOT DRAINAGE PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 CITY AMENDMENTS FBC 107.2.5 AND R401.3 DRAINAGE.
 SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE DIVERTED TO A STORM SEWER
 CONVEYANCE OR OTHER APPROVED POINT OF COLLECTION THAT
 DOES NOT CREATE A HAZARD. LOTS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 SURFACE WATER AWAY FROM FOUNDATION WALLS. THE GRADE
 SHALL FALL A MINIMUM OF 6 INCHES (152 MM) WITHIN THE
 FIRST 10 FEET (3048 MM).
 EXCEPTION: WHERE LOT LINES, WALLS, SLOPES OR OTHER
 PHYSICAL BARRIERS PROHIBIT 6 INCHES (152 MM) OF FALL
 WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM), DRAINS OR SWALES SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE DRAINAGE AWAY FROM THE STRUCTURE.
 IMPERVIOUS SURFACES WITHIN 10 FEET (3048 MM) OF THE
 BUILDING FOUNDATION SHALL BE SLOPED A MINIMUM OF 2
 PERCENT AWAY FROM THE BUILDING.
  
 3) ON SHEET S6 THE TRELLIS FRAMING DETAILS DO NOT
 SPECIFY THE REQUIRED EMBED DEPTHS OF THE 3/8" DIAMETER
 LAG BOLTS OR THE 3/4" EPOXY ANCHORS. FBC 107.2.1
  
 4) THE PLANS SHOW THE 4:12 SLOPED ROOF OF THE NORTH
 ADDITION AND THE 4:12 SLOPED ROOF OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING INTERSECTING IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE RAIN WATER
 RUNOFF FROM BOTH ROOF WILL BE RUNNING INTO EACH OTHER
 WITHOUT A VALLEY DIRECTING IT OFF OF THE ROOF. THIS
 CREATES AN ISSUE FOR ROOF LEAKS. PROVIDE A DETAIL
 SHOWING HOW THIS ISSUE WILL BE ADDRESSED. FBC 107.2.1
  
 5) CITY AMENDMENT FBC 107.3.4 REQUIRES PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE REGULATED BY FAC
 61G20-3.001 PER FLORIDA STATUTE 553.842 (5) TO BE
 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD.
  
 6) SUBMIT PRODUCT APPROVALS WITH FL OR NOA NUMBERS
 INCLUDING INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAXIMUM DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR THE FIXED IMPACT WINDOWS. SPECIFIED AS W2
 ON THE PLANS. FBC 107.3.4
  
 7) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC- R807.1 ATTIC ACCESS
 BUILDINGS WITH COMBUSTIBLE CEILING OR ROOF CONSTRUCTION
 SHALL HAVE AN ATTIC ACCESS OPENING TO ATTIC AREAS THAT
 HAVE A VERTICAL HEIGHT OF 30 INCHES (762 MM) OR GREATER
 OVER AN AREA OF NOT LESS THAN 30 SQUARE FEET (2.8 M2).
  
 8) SUBMIT SIGNED AND SEALED TRUSS LAYOUT PLAN AND TRUSS
 DRAWINGS THAT HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE
 DESIGNER OF RECORD. FBC-R802.10
  
 9) ELECTRONICALLY SUBMITTED DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE THE ENGINEER'S DIGITAL SIGNATURE ON THEM. YOU ALSO
 HAVE THE OPTION TO SUBMIT THE SIGNED AND SEALED PAPER
 VERSION OF DRAWINGS. AFTER THE ELECTRONIC PLANS HAVE
 BEEN APPROVED, YOU CAN SUBMIT THE CORRESPONDING PAPER
 DRAWINGS AT THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT TO BE VERIFIED. THE
 ENGINEER'S ORIGINAL HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE AND SEAL IS
 REQUIRED TO BE ON THE DRAWINGS. NO PHOTOCOPY OR OTHER
 FACSIMILES OF THE SIGNATURE ARE ACCEPTABLE. FS 471 &
 61G15
  
 10) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED FOR
 THE POOL, FENCES, GATES AND LANDSCAPING. THIS PERMIT IS
 ONLY FOR THE REMODEL AND ADDITIONS TO THE BUILDING AND
 MEPS FOR THAT WORK.
  
 11) WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A
 RESPONSE LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE
