 INDICATE WHICH COMPLIANCE METHOD WILL USED FOR THE
 PROPOSED ALTERATION. A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS
 CANNOT BE COMPLETED WITH A COMPLIANCE METHOD INDICATED.
  
 3) FAILED. THE ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATION
 SHEETS INDICATE THE ALTERED BATHROOMS ARE NOT IN

 REQUIRES COMPLETE ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE FOR BATHROOM

 SUB-SECTION FOR DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. CONCERNING
 TECHNICAL INFEASIBILITY THERE IS NO INFORMATION OR
 EVIDENCE PROVIDED ON THE PLANS TO SUPPORT THE
 EXCEPTION. CONCERNING THE CLAIM OF DISPROPORTIONATE
 COSTS, THERE IS NO ITEMIZED ACCESSIBILITY COST
 BREAKDOWN PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECTION. THE
 ARCHITECT ALSO STATES THAT THE BATHROOMS ARE BEING MADE
 ACCESSIBLE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT FEASIBLE, HOWEVER THE
 PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THEY ARE BEING MADE ACCESSIBLE TO
 THE MAXIUM EXTENT FEASIBLE, AND IT APPEARS FURTHER
 COMPLIANCES MUST BE MET. PLEASE REVIEW SHEETS A2,
 ADA.1.1, ADA 1.2. REVISE SHEET A2 IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE COMMENTS LISTED BELOW TO SHOW COMPLIANCE TO THE
 MAXIMUM EXTENT AND IF A COMPLIANCE IS DEEMED
 TECHNICALLY INFEASIBLE, PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXPLANATION.

 SHOWERS, AND TUBS. THE BARS SHALL HAVE A CLEARANCE OF
 11/2 INCHES (38 MM) TO THE WALLS AND SHALL BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ANCHORED TO SUSTAIN A CONCENTRATED APPLIED
 LOAD OF NOT LESS THAN 250 POUNDS (113 KG).
