 REVIEW OF THE PLANS CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS TIME.
 PLEASE PROVIDE THE P1 SHEET FOR REVIEW- SECTION 107.2.1
 WPB.
  
 2) SHEET LS1: REFER TO SECTION 301.1 FBC EX AND
 INDICATE WHICH COMPLIANCE METHOD WILL USED FOR THE
 PROPOSED ALTERATION. A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS
 CANNOT BE COMPLETED WITH A COMPLIANCE METHOD INDICATED.
  
 3) THE ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATION SHEETS
 INDICATE THE ALTERED BATHROOMS ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH FBC ACC. PLEASE SEE SECTION 202.3 WHICH REQUIRES
 COMPLETE ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE FOR BATHROOM
 ALTERATIONS UNDER SECTION 213 AND SECTIONS 603 THROUGH
 610. THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS LISTED UNDER SECTION 213.2
 HOWEVER NO EXCEPTION IS CITED ON THE PLAN AND NO
 EXPLANATION HAS BEEN PROVIDED. UNDERSTANDING THAT SOME
 OF THE REQUIRED ACCESSIBILITY DETAILS ARE SHOWN ON THE
 ADA PLAN SHEETS, INDICATED BELOW ARE TYPICAL PLAN
 REVIEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCESSIBLE BATHROOMS:

 SHOWER COMPARTMENT SHALL BE 36 INCHES BY 36 INCHES
 CLEAR INSIDE DIMENSIONS MEASURED AT THE CENTER POINTS
 OF OPPOSING SIDES AND SHALL HAVE A 36-INCH WIDE MINIMUM
 ENTRY ON THE FACE OF THE SHOWER COMPARTMENT. CLEARANCE
 OF 36 INCHES WIDE MINIMUM BY 48 INCHES LONG MINIMUM
 MEASURED FROM THE CONTROL WALL SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 D) BATHROOM ENTRY DOOR WIDTHS, DOOR SWING, AND
 WHEELCHAIR APPROACHES- SECTION 604.8.1.2 & 604.8.1.3.
 E) TURNING SPACE DIAMETERS SECTION 304.3.
 F) CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSETS FROM THE SIDE WALL-
 SECTION 604.2.
 G) HEIGHT OF THE WATER CLOSET SEATS FROM THE FINISHED
 FLOOR- SECTION 604.4.
 H) HEIGHTS OF THE FRONT RIMS OF THE LAVATORIES FROM THE
 FINISHED FLOOR- SECTION 606.3

 INDICATING THE REQUIRED KNEE AND TOE CLEARANCES PER

 5) PLEASE NOTE THAT SANITARY AND WATER DISTRIBUTION
 RISERS AND FLAT LINE DRAWINGS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 REVIEW. PLEASE REFER TO SECTION 107.3.5.1.3 WPB FOR
 PLUMBING PLAN REVIEW REQUIREMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING, IT IS HELPFUL TO PROVIDE A RESPONSE
 LETTER ADDRESSING EACH ITEM ALONG WITH THE CITY
 RE-SUBMITTAL FORM.
