 1) THE SUBMITTED PARTIAL FLOOR PLAN SUBMITTED BY PALM
 BEACH ALUMINUM HAS 5 IMPACT WINDOWS BEING INSTALLED AND
 ONE EXTERIOR SLIDING GLASS DOOR TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING THAT IS LISTED AS NON-IMPACT GLAZING. IT IS
 UNUSUAL TO SEE PLANS COME IN WITH NON-IMPACT GLAZING
 WITHOUT A NOTE THERE ARE EXISTING STORM SHUTTERS. IF
 THIS OPENING IS IN THE SUN ROOM THIS MAY HELP. I LOOKED
 INTO OUR ELECTRONIC/ DIGITAL RECORD KEEPING (FILE NET)
 TO SEE IF THERE EVER WERE ANY STORM SHUTTER PERMITS AND
 FOUND NONE. I DID FIND A RECORD FOR A GLASS ROOM
 ENCLOSURE PERMIT 94015242 UNDER THE 1991 SBC WIND SPEED
 110 MPH (FASTEST MILE). WHAT THE PLANS DO STATE PAGE 6
 OF 7 THAT 5/16 INCH LAMINATED GLAZING WAS USED IN THE
 INSTALLATION. THIS KNOWLEDGE NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE
 SUBMITTED PLAN TO SHOW WHY NON-IMPACT GLAZING CAN BE
 INSTALLED AND IF THE SUN ROOM IS EVER REMOVED THEN
 STORM SHUTTERS WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THIS OPENING.
  
 2) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
