 USED AS THE FACADE OF THE BUILDING FOR THE PURPOSES OF
 SIGN FRONTAGE.

 2) THE LIGHTING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT, WITH PLANS.

 (1) INCH FROM THE FACE OF THE WALL. THE SECTION DRAWING
 SHOWS THE ACRYLIC EDGE-LIT AT THE BACK OF THE CHANNEL
 LETTER ONE INCH FROM THE WALL, WHILE THE SPECIFICATIONS
 LIST THE LETTERS AT ONE AND ONE-HALF INCH FROM THE
 WALL. EITHER THE EDGE-LIT IS PART OF THE CHANNEL LETTER
 AND THE SIGN COMPLIES OR THE SIGN NEEDS TO BE CLOSER TO
 THE WALL.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA DO NOT
 PERMIT THE USE OF ACRYLIC EXCEPT FOR PUSH THROUGH
 APPLICATIONS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY GRANTED A WAIVER I
 APPROVAL BY CITYPLACE RETAIL, LLC, FOR THE USE OF
 ALTERNATIVE MATERIALS THAN THOSE SPECIFIED IN THE
 MASTER SIGN PLAN. PLEASE PROVIDE THE WAIVER I APPROVAL
 LETTER WITH THE RESUBMITTAL.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT ALL CONDUIT, CROSSOVERS, WIRING, BALLAST BOXES,
 TRANSFORMERS, ETC. NECESSARY FOR THE SIGN'S ELECTRICAL
 CONNECTION TO BE CONCEALED AND NOT VISIBLE TO THE
 PUBLIC. THE DRAWING LABELED 2021-02-15 TRUE FOOD
 KITCHEN (SIGN H) 16.PDF APPEARS TO SHOW THE POWER
 SUPPLY BEHIND A WALL WITH THE LOW VOLTAGE SECONDARY
 POWER FEED THROUGH THE WALL AT A STUD MOUNT TO THE
 LETTER. 2021-02-15 TRUE FOOD KITCHEN (SIGN H) 17.PDF
 SHOWS A TRANSFORMER BOX LOCATED BEHIND THE BUILDING
 WALL, BUT NO CONNECTION TO THE LETTERS.
  
 A. THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY VERIFY THAT ALL ELECTRICAL
 COMPONENTS (TO INCLUDE A BELL BOX) ARE LOCATED BEHIND
 THE BUILDING WALL AND NOT VISIBLE FROM BELOW (THE
 ARCADE WALKWAY).
 B. THE PLANS MUST CLEARLY SHOW HOW THE POWER GETS FROM
 BEHIND THE WALL TO THE INDIVIDUAL LETTERS WITHOUT BEING
 VISIBLE ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE WALL. NOTE: YOU MAY NOT
 RUN CONDUIT ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE WALL.
  
 6) THIS SIGN IS MOUNTED ON THE WEST FACADE OF THE
 BUILDING. THE FRONTAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ROTUNDA
 AREA AS IT IS CALCULATED WITH SIGN A.

 PROPOSED SIGN ON WEST FACADE: 31 SF
