 TIME AND ADDITIONAL PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS MAY BE
 GENERATED UPON THE RE-REVIEW OF SUBMITTED CORRECTIONS.
  
  
 1. THE OVERALL VALUE IS LOW PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FBC 109.3 BUILDING PERMITS VALUATIONS. IF IN THE
 OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION
 OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED, QUANTITY
 ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS (EXCLUDING
 LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, THE VALUATION OF
 BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE
 TO INCLUDE STRUCTURAL, ELECTRIC, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL,
 INTERIOR FINISH, RELATIVE SITE WORK, ARCHITECTURAL AND
 DESIGN FEES, MARKETING COSTS, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT;
 EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE. VALUATION REFERENCES MAY
 INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED DATA OF NATIONAL
 CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES (MARSHALL-SWIFT,
 MEANS, ETC.), AS PUBLISHED BY INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS. FINAL BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION SHALL BE SET
 BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 2. PLUMBING RISER DIAGRAM REQUIRED PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL
 PLUMBING.
  
 3. CLEAN OUT REQUIRED EVERY TIME YOU ENTER THE BUILDING
 PLEASE SHOW A CLEAN OUT ON THE WASHING MACHINE DRAIN
 LINE PER THE 2017 FBC SEC. R3005.2.3.
  
 4. WASHING MACHINE DRAINAGE LINE PER MOST MANUFACTURES
 SPECIFICATION SHALL BE 3" DUE TO THE PUMP DISCHARGE
 VOLUME, PLEASE SHOW AS SO ON ISOMETRIC PER THE WPB
 AMENDMENTS TO THE FBC SEC. 107.3.5.3 (11) RESIDENTIAL
 PLUMBING.
  
 5. WATER LINE OUTSIDE CONDITION SPACE SHALL BE
 INSULATED WITH AN R-3 MINIMUM PER THE 2017 FBC RE SEC.
 403.5.3.
  
 6. WATER IS NOT IDENTIFIED AS TYPE I.E., ELECTRIC, GAS,
 TANK OR TANKLESS, PLEASE SUBMIT SPECIFICATION TO
 DETERMINE IF DRAINAGE TO THE OUTSIDE, THERMAL EXPANSION
 OR RELIEF LINE IS REQUIRED PER THE WPB AMENDMENTS TO
 THE FBC SEC. 107.2.1 INFORMATION ON CONSTRUCTION
 DOCUMENTS.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION &
 REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION, MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
