 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) UPDATED SHEETS C5.00, C5.10 AND C6.00 SHOWING THE
 UPDATED FPL EASEMENT LOCATION ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY
 LINE WHICH WERE NOT RESUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT
 RESUBMITTAL. THE SAME PLANS THAT WERE SUBMITTED WITH
 THE MINOR AMENDMENT NEED TO BE UPLOADED.
  
 2) 000.2 BASEMENT FLOOR LEVEL PLAN (SHEET A113) IS NOT
 THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THIS PLAN AND DOES NOT
 REFLECT THE SAME CONDITIONS AS SHEETS A-100 AND A-100A.
  
 3) 000.3 GROUND FLOOR SITE PLAN (SHEET A114) WAS NOT
 UPDATED TO REFLECT THE RELOCATED WALL BETWEEN THE MAIN
 SWITCHGEAR ROOM AND THE FPL VAULT THAT IS SHOWN ON
 SHEETS A-101, A-101A AND S-101 THAT WAS SUBMITTED WITH
 THE PERMIT. THIS PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW ACCURATE
 CONDITIONS.
  
 4) UPDATED SHEETS A-101 AND A-101A RENUMBERED THE TWO
 PARKING SPACES ALONG ARKONA COURT, BUT INADVERTENTLY
 USED #57 TWICE AND DID NOT INCLUDE #59. ZONING STAFF
 REDLINED THIS AS PART OF THE APPROVAL OF THESE PLAN
 SHEETS.
  
 5) THE 3D OUTDOOR MODEL VIEWS FOR THE NEW OUTDOOR
 SHOWER LAYOUT THAT WERE SUBMITTED WITH (AND ARE BEING
 APPROVED WITH) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RESUBMITTAL. THE
 MINOR AMENDMENT VERSION DRAWINGS MUST BE UPLOADED AS
 SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 6) SHEET A-255 ENLARGED ARRIVAL COURT DOES NOT MATCH
 THE CURRENT ARRIVAL COURT LAYOUT APPROVED ON SHEET
 A-102 AND A-102A. THIS PLAN NEEDS TO SHOW ACCURATE
 CONDITIONS.
  
 7) SHEET A-302 LEVEL 02 ? AMENITY LEVEL REFLECTED
 CEILING PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE CURRENT POOL BATH
 LAYOUT APPROVED ON SHEET A-102 AND A-102A. THIS PLAN
