 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT FOR THIS
 PROJECT IS NOT YET APPROVED DUE TO AN INCONSISTENCY
 WITH THE NORTH ELEVATION ENCROACHING THE SETBACK ON THE
 ELEVATION DRAWING (SAME AS COMMENT NUMBER 9 BELOW). THE
 DRAWINGS NEED TO BE CONSISTENT BOTH ON THE MINOR
 AMENDMENT AND THE PERMIT PRIOR TO ZONING GRANTING
 APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT.
  
 2) RESUBMITTED SHEET A-502 SHOWS THE 34 FOOT 10 INCH
 SETBACK LINE EXTENDING PAST THE FACE OF THE BUILDING ON
 BUILDING SECTION 1. DRAWING BUILDING SECTION 2 ON THE
 SAME SHEET SHOWS THE SCREEN WALL COMPLYING WITH THE
 REQUIRED SETBACK. VARIOUS DRAWING DO NOT SHOW THIS SAME
 CONDITION. ALL DRAWINGS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW THE SAME,
 ACCURATE, CODE COMPLIANT CONDITIONS.
  
 3) THE MINOR AMENDMENT INCLUDES UPDATED SHEETS C5.00,
 C5.10 AND C6.00 SHOWING THE UPDATED FPL EASEMENT
 LOCATION ALONG THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE WHICH WERE NOT
 RESUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT. NOTE: NO UPDATED CIVIL
 PLANS WERE UPLOADED TO REFLECT THE FINAL FPL EASEMENT
 LOCATION OR THE BUILDING MEETING THE NORTH SETBACK
 DIMENSION OF 34 FEET 10 INCHES.
  
 4) UPDATED SHEET A-100 MATCHES THE LATEST MINOR
 AMENDMENT BASEMENT PARKING PLAN. NO UPDATED SHEETS
 A-100A AND A-100B (ENLARGED BASEMENT LEVEL PLANS) WERE
 SUBMITTED TO REFLECT THE CORRECT SHEET A-100.
  
 5) UPDATED SHEET A-101 DID NOT SHOW THE RENUMBERING OF
 SPACES 97 AND 98 AND SHOWS POSTS ENCROACHING THE
 NORTHERN SETBACK. NO UPDATED SHEETS A-101A AND A-101B
 (ENLARGED GARAGE FLOOR PLANS) WERE SUBMITTED TO REFLECT
 THE CORRECT SHEET A-101 OR EVEN THE INCORRECT VERSION
 OF SHEET A-101 THAT WAS UPLOADED WITH THE RECENT
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 6) UPDATED A-102 SHOWS POSTS ENCROACHING THE NORTHERN
 SETBACK. NOTE: SHEETS A-102A AND A-102B (ENLARGED LEVEL
 2 FLOOR PLANS) WERE UPDATED TO REMOVE THE POSTS
 ENCROACHING INTO THE NORTHERN SETBACK. ALL PLANS NEED
 TO SHOW THE SAME, ACCURATE, CODE COMPLIANT CONDITIONS.
  
 7) NO UPDATED SHEET S-101 WAS PROVIDED. THIS STRUCTURAL
 SHEET NEEDS TO CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THAT THE FURTHEST
 PROJECTION OF THE SCREEN WALL DOES NOT ENCROACH INTO
 THE NORTHERN SETBACK.
  
 8) THE FOLLOWING PLANS WERE NOT TITLED CORRECTLY UPON
 UPLOAD:
  
 SHEET A-405 ENLARGED EAST ELEVATION WAS MISTAKENLY
 UPLOADED WITH THE TITLE 222.2 A-404 ENLARGED WEST
 ELEVATIONS.PDF V2.
  
 SHEET A-402 EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS WAS MISTAKENLY UPLOADED
 WITH THE TITLE 222.3 A-405 ENLARGED EAST ELEVATIONS.PDF

 SHEET A-404 ENLARGED WEST ELEVATION WAS MISTAKENLY
 UPLOADED WITH THE TITLE 222. A-402 EXTERIOR

 BUILDING ELEVATION SHOW DIFFERENT CONFIGURATIONS FOR
 THE SCREEN WALL, NEITHER OF WHICH COMPLY WITH THE 34
 FEET 10 INCH SETBACK.
  
 10) SHEET A-406 ENLARGED SOUTH ELEVATION WAS NOT
 UPDATED TO REFLECT THE CHANGES TO THE OUTDOOR SHOWER
 AND LOUVERS SHOWN ON THE REVISED SHEET A-402 SOUTH
 BUILDING ELEVATION.
  
 11) THE 3D OUTDOOR MODEL VIEWS FOR THE NEW OUTDOOR
 SHOWER LAYOUT THAT WERE SUBMITTED WITH (AND ARE BEING
 APPROVED WITH) THE MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT
 WERE NOT INCLUDED WITH THE PERMIT RESUBMITTAL. THE
 DRAWINGS ATTACHED AS COMMENT9_VIEW1.JPG AND
 COMMENT9_VIEW2.JPG ARE THE OLD, NOT APPROVED VERSIONS.
