 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 FRONT ENTRY DOORS AND FRAME IN ITS ENTIRETY. SHEET A420
 NOTE 26 INDICATES NEW EXTERIOR ALUMINUM NARROW STILE
 TEMPERED GLASS. I?M ASSUMING THIS WOULD BE THE DOORS,
 SIDELIGHTS, VERTICAL MULLIONS AND TRANSOM? THERE HAS
 BEEN NO WIND DESIGN CRITERIA OR PRODUCT APPROVALS
 SUBMITTED FOR THIS REVIEW.

 INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL BE SHOWN,

 LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.

 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.

 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,

 WRAP. PLEASE SHOW HOW THE CASH WRAP IS GOING TO COMPLY

 ROOM THERE APPEARS TO BE NO DOOR FOR ENTRY. PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017 FBC-B ACCESS. CODE SECTION
 803.3 DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE DRESSING ROOM
 UNLESS A CLEAR FLOOR OR GROUND SPACE COMPLYING WITH

 IT GOES ON TO STATING THE CODE SECTION 1016.2.5
 EXCEPTION 2 EGRESS THROUGH STORAGE ROOMS OF MERCANTILE
 OCCUPANCIES 2.1-2.4.
 THE FLOOR PLAN A100 DOES NOT SHOW HOW COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC-B EXCEPTION 2- SECTIONS 2.1-2.4 ARE BEING COMPLIED
 WITH?
  
 5) SHEET A030 ACCESSIBILITY DETAILS:
 5A) THE WATER CLOSET GRAB BARS IS GIVEN WITH THE HEIGHT
 AT THE CENTERLINE OF THE GRAB BARS, NOT AT THE TOP OF
 THE BAR OR GRASPING SURFACE. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY
 CODE SECTION 609.4 POSITION OF GRAB BARS. GRAB BARS
 SHALL BE INSTALLED IN A HORIZONTAL POSITION, 33 INCHES
 MINIMUM AND 36 INCHES MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 MEASURED TO THE TOP OF THE GRIPPING SURFACE, NOT
 CENTERLINE.
  
 5B) THE WORDING ON THE PLAN IS CORRECT FOR MIRRORS BUR
 DEPICTED CORRECTLY. 603.3 MIRRORS. 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE. MIRRORS LOCATED ABOVE
 LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH THE
 BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 40 INCHES MAXIMUM
 ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND. MIRRORS NOT LOCATED
 ABOVE LAVATORIES OR COUNTERTOPS SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH
 THE BOTTOM EDGE OF THE REFLECTING SURFACE 35 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR OR GROUND.
  
 5C) THE DETAILS SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE TOILET PAPER
 DISPENSER BUT THE DISTANCE FORM IN FRONT OF THE WATER
 CLOSET.
 TOILET PAPER DISPENSERS. 604.7. THE OUTLET OF THE
 DISPENSER SHALL BE 15 INCHES MINIMUM AND 48 INCHES
 MAXIMUM ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR AND SHALL NOT BE LOCATED
 BEHIND THE GRAB BARS.
  
 6) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
