 WALL MOUNTED BLADE SIGN
  
 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS REQUIRED
 ON THE PLANS. WHILE THE RESPONSE COMMENT STATES THAT
 THIS IS PROVIDED, STAFF IS UNABLE TO LOCATED STAMPED
 PLANS OR A LETTER FROM CITYPLACE RETAIL APPROVING THE
 PLANS IN THE RESUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS.
  
 2) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA APPROVED ON
 SEPTEMBER 8, 2020, REQUIRE THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA
 SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT LEAST THREE (3) INCHES FROM
 ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED SIGN AREA. THE PLANS
 SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE
 SIGN AND THE DIMENSION OF THE COPY AREA. WHILE THE
 DIMENSION FROM THE EDGE OF THE COPY AREA IS NOT
 PROVIDED, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE COPY AREA AND THE
 SIGN WIDTH IS ONLY 2.25 INCHES, WHICH IS LESS THAN THE
 TOTAL OF SIX (6) INCHES THAT THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT
 SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE. ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2020, JORDAN
 RATHLEV, FROM RELATED, SENT STAFF A BLADE SIGN PLAN
 WHICH INCLUDED THE DIMENSIONS FROM THE COPY AREA TO THE
 EDGE OF THE SIGN AND IT VERIFIES THAT THERE IS ONLY
 1.125 INCHES, NOT THE REQUIRED THREE (3) INCHES. THE
 ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA DO NOT PROVIDE FOR
 A WAIVER OF THIS REQUIREMENT. THE RESUBMITTED PLANS
 SHALL SHOW THE DIMENSION LINES FROM THE COPY TO THE
 EDGE OF THE SIGN IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA.
