 WALL MOUNTED BLADE SIGN
  
 PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT APPROVAL STAMP IS REQUIRED
 ON THE PLANS.
  
 2) THE CURRENT ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
 REQUIRE BLADE SIGNS TO BE SUSPENDED ON A METAL BRACKET,
 NOT FLUSH MOUNTED TO THE WALL, SO THE PROPOSED BLADE
 SIGN DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT. CITYPLACE RETAIL
 CURRENTLY HAS AN AMENDMENT TO THE ROSEMARY SQUARE
 TENANT SIGN CRITERIA UNDER REVIEW BY THE CITY. IF
 APPROVED (TENTATIVELY IN SEPTEMBER), BLADE SIGNS WOULD
 BE PERMITTED TO BE FLUSH MOUNTED TO THE WALL; HOWEVER,
 ZONING CANNOT APPROVE THREE (3) INCHES UNTIL THE
 AMENDMENT HAS PASSED.
  
 3) SHEET 4 OF 4 STATES THAT THERE WILL BE TWO BLADE
 SIGNS MANUFACTURED AND INSTALLED. ONLY ONE BLADE SIGN
 IS PERMITTED.
  
 4) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE LETTERS ON A NON-ILLUMINATED BLADE SIGN TO BE
 PAINTED ON. THE PROPOSED SIGN SHOWS APPLIED ACRYLIC
 LETTERS. THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA
 PERMIT CITYPLACE RETAIL TO GRANT A WAIVER I TO USE
 ALTERNATE MATERIALS FROM THOSE SPECIFIED IN THE MASTER
 SIGN PLAN. A WAIVER I MUST BE GRANTED IN WRITING BY
 CITYPLACE RETAIL AND SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT
 RESUBMITTAL.
  
 5) THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN CRITERIA REQUIRE
 THAT THE SIGN COPY AREA SHALL MAINTAIN A MARGIN AT
 LEAST SIX (6) INCHES FROM ANY EDGE OF THE PERCEIVED
 SIGN AREA. PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE SIGN FACE THAT
 VERIFIES THIS REQUIREMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT USING THE
 DIMENSIONS PROVIDED; IT DOES NOT APPEAR THAT THE SIX
 (6) INCH MINIMUM IS MET. CITYPLACE RETAIL CURRENTLY HAS
 AN AMENDMENT TO THE ROSEMARY SQUARE TENANT SIGN
 CRITERIA UNDER REVIEW BY THE CITY. IF APPROVED
 (TENTATIVELY IN SEPTEMBER), THE MARGIN WILL BE REDUCED
 TO THREE (3) INCHES MINIMUM; HOWEVER, ZONING CANNOT
 APPROVE THREE (3) INCHES UNTIL THE AMENDMENT HAS
 PASSED.
