 1) THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING PHOTOS OF THE EXISTING ROOF
 TO VERIFY THAT THERE IS A PARAPET; HOWEVER, NO
 INFORMATION WAS PROVIDED AS TO THE HEIGHT OF THE
 PARAPET AND THE HEIGHT OF THE NEW OARTU-1. BASED ON THE
 SHOP DRAWINGS, THE MAU-1 APPEARS TO BE OVER 8 FEET IN
 HEIGHT WITH THE CURB, WHICH WOULD TAKE A TALL PARAPET
 TO SCREEN. THE CU-3 HEIGHT (BUT WITHOUT THE CURB) AND
 EF-1 HEIGHT WERE PROVIDED. WITHOUT THE HEIGHT OF THE
 PARAPET, STAFF CANNOT VERIFY SCREENING. A CROSS SECTION
 DRAWING, WITH DIMENSIONS, WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL. -----
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITYPLACE DRI, PLEASE PROVIDE
 VERIFICATION THAT ALL ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT,
 INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SUCH ITEMS AS PUBLIC AND
 PRIVATE UTILITY SERVICE CONNECTIONS; HEATING,
 VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS;
 COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES; AND RELATED EQUIPMENT, SHALL BE
 SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW THROUGH ANY COMBINATION OF
 LANDSCAPING, WALLS AND EQUIPMENT LOCATION. PLEASE
 PROVIDE PLANS OR OTHER EVIDENCE THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW.
 IF VERIFICATION THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT IS NOT SCREENED, ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS
 INTERIOR BUILD OUT PERMIT.
