 1) THE CITYPLACE MANAGEMENT STAMP NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED
 ON THE PLANS. ALTERNATIVELY, THEY MAY PROVIDE A LETTER
 LISTING THE SPECIFIC PLANS THAT THEY HAVE APPROVED.
  
 2) THE SEATING, PLANTERS AND LIGHTING IN THE PLANTERS
 SHOWN IN LINE WITH THE EXISTING TREES ARE IN THE
 HIBISCUS STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY. THESE REQUIRE THE
 APPROVAL OF A SIDEWALK CAFE PERMIT AND ARE NOT APPROVED
 AS PART OF THE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS. THESE FEATURES
 NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PLANS.
  
 3) THE ROOF PLAN INCLUDES A NOTE THAT THE ROOF TOP
 EQUIPMENT IS UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT. NO PERMIT HAS
 BEEN SUBMITTED FOR THIS EQUIPMENT. IN ACCORDANCE WITH
 THE CITYPLACE DRI, PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT ALL
 ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
 TO SUCH ITEMS AS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE UTILITY SERVICE
 CONNECTIONS; HEATING, VENTILATING, AND AIR CONDITIONING
 SYSTEMS; COMMUNICATIONS DEVICES; AND RELATED EQUIPMENT,
 SHALL BE SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW THROUGH ANY
 COMBINATION OF LANDSCAPING, WALLS AND EQUIPMENT
 LOCATION. PLEASE PROVIDE PLANS OR OTHER EVIDENCE THAT
 THE NEW ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE SCREENED
 FROM PUBLIC VIEW. IF VERIFICATION THAT THE NEW ROOFTOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS NOT SCREENED, ZONING WILL NOT
 APPROVE THIS INTERIOR BUILD OUT PERMIT.
