 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES THE PERMIT VALUE
 FOR THIS PROJECT IS $250,000.00 DOLLARS. EXISTING BLDG.
 CODE- ACCESSIBILITY. UNDER THE 2017 EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE LEVEL II ALTERATIONS, SECTION 806.1 A BUILDING,
 FACILITY, OR ELEMENT THAT IS ALTERED SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE PROVISIONS OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE-
 ACCESSIBILITY. IN THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE IT REFERS YOU
 TO DISPROPORTIONATE
  
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST 202.4.1. PLEASE REVIEW HOW YOU
 ARE TO MEET DISPROPORTIONATE COST. EITHER THE
 CONTRACTOR OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD ON THEIR
 LETTERHEAD NEED TO SHOW HOW THEY ARE GOING TO SPEND UP

 TOILET ROOMS ARE CLUSTERED AT A SINGLE LOCATION, NO
 MORE THAN 50 PERCENT OF THE SINGLE TOILET ROOMS FOR USE
 AT EACH CLUSTER SHALL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH 603.
 ADVISORY. A CLUSTER IS A GROUP OF TOILET ROOMS
 PROXIMATE TO ONE ANOTHER. GENERALLY TOILET ROOMS IN A
 CLUSTER ARE WITHIN SIGHT OF ONE ANOTHER, OR ADJACENT
 TO, ONE ANOTHER.

 FOUNTAIN NOT A HIGH/ LOW DRINKING FOUNTAIN. PLEASE SHOW

 SUBMITTING TO DESIGNER OF RECORD AND BEFORE SUBMISSION
 TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT. FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH
 GLAZING, PLEASE IDENTIFY THE OPENING WIDTH & HEIGHT,
 TYPE OF GLAZING, MULLION SIZE, LENGTH IF UNREINFORCED
 OR REINFORCED INFORMATION IF REQUIRED, ATTACHMENTS AND
 ASSOCIATE PRESSURES FOR EACH OPENING SIZE. 2017 FBC-B
 1405.13.1 INSTALLATION. WINDOWS AND DOORS SHALL BE
 INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPROVED MANUFACTURER?S
 INSTRUCTIONS. FASTENER SIZE AND SPACING SHALL BE
 PROVIDED IN SUCH INSTRUCTIONS AND SHALL BE CALCULATED
 BASED ON MAXIMUM LOADS AND SPACING USED IN THE TESTS.
