 1. RE: PLAN SHEET MEP; PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, CLEARLY
 INDICATE ON THE PLAN VIEW AND THE SANITARY RISER
 DIAGRAM HOW THE AUTOMATIC CLOTHES WASHER IS CONNECTED
 TO THE SANITARY SYSTEM. INCLUDE VENT AND FIXTURE DRAIN
 WITH SIZING.
 2. WILL THE NEW SANITARY BUILDING DRAIN AND SEWER
 CONNECT TO THE EXISTING BUILDING SEWER OR SEPARATELY TO
 THE CITY SEWER. PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, CLARIFY, PROVIDE
 ROUTING AND DETAILS ON THE SITE PLAN. SHOW LOCATION(S)
 OF REQUIRED CLEANOUT (S) COMPLYING WITH FBC RES
 P3005.2.2, P3005.2.3 AND P3005.2.4.
 3. RE: PLAN SHEET MEP; THE ELECTRICAL PANEL INDICATES A
 12 KW TANKLESS WATER HEATER. THE ENERGY CALCULATION
 SHEET (PG 2) IN SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS INDICATE A 30
 GALLON ELECTRIC TANK (STORAGE) TYPE WATER HEATER. PER
 WPB FBC 107.2.1, CLARIFY. AMEND WHICHEVER OF THE TWO
 DOCUMENTS THAT IS INCORRECT. ADDITIONALLY, SHOW
 LOCATION OF THE WATER HEATER ON THE FLOOR PLAN AND
 SUBMIT MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATION/INSTALLATION MANUAL
 FOR THE WATER HEATER. PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW HOT
 WATER DEMAND WILL BE SUPPORTED BY THE WATER HEATER.
 ALSO NOTE THAT PLUMBING NOTE #7 REQUIRES A GALVANIZED
 DRIP PAN AND DRAIN UNDER THE WATER HEATER. THIS IS ONLY
 REQUIRED BY CODE FOR TANK (STORAGE) TYPE WATER HEATERS.
 4. RE: PLAN SHEET MEP; PER WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND FBC RES
 P2903.5, PLUMBING NOTE #5 SHALL BE AMENDED TO STATE
 "THE FLOW VELOCITY OF THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
 SHALL BE CONTROLLED TO REDUCE THE POSSIBILITY OF WATER
 HAMMER. WATER-HAMMER ARRESTORS SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS.
 WATER-HAMMER ARRESTORS SHALL CONFORM TO ASSE 1010".
 ADDITIONALLY, THE VERBAGE AND POSSIBLE LACK OF
 PUNCTUATION IN THE NOTE REFERENCING 604.9 WATER HAMMER
 ARRESTORS IS CONFUSING. PLEASE CLARIFY.
 5. RE: PLAN SHEET MEP; PER WPB FBC 107.2.1 AND FBC RES
 P3005.3, PLUMBING NOTE #11 SHALL BE AMENDED TO STATE
 "?HORIZONTAL DRAINAGE PIPING SHALL BE INSTALLED IN
 UNIFORM ALIGNMENT AT UNIFORM SLOPES NOT LESS THAN 1/4
 INCH PER FOOT (2-PERCENT SLOPE) FOR 21/2 INCH DIAMETER
 AND LESS, AND NOT LESS THAN 1/8 INCH PER FOOT
 (1-PERCENT SLOPE) FOR DIAMETERS OF 3 INCHES OR MORE".
 6. RE: PLAN SHEET MEP; PER WPB FBC 107.2.1, FBC PL
 606.3 AND FBC RES 2601.1, SHOW ACCESSIBLE LOCATION OF
 SHUT OFF VALES FOR THE STACKED WASHER/DRYER COMBO.
 7. VALUE OF JOB IS INCONSISTENTLY PROVIDED ON SEPARATE
 PERMITS AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VALUE INDICATED ON THE
 SUPPORTING DOCUMENT "REQUEST FOR REDUCTION OF FINE".
 PROVIDE AN ACCURATE VALUATION OF ALL WORK AND COST.
 109.3 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATIONS. IF, IN THE OPINION OF
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE CLAIMED VALUATION OF
 BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS APPEARS TO BE
 UNDERESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE PERMIT SHALL BE
 DENIED, UNLESS THE APPLICANT CAN SHOW DETAILED,
 QUANTITY ESTIMATES, AND/OR BONA FIDE SIGNED CONTRACTS
 (EXCLUDING LAND VALUE) TO MEET THE APPROVAL OF THE
 BUILDING OFFICIAL. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES, VALUATION
 OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL REPLACEMENT
