 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY/SITE PLAN
 SHOWING THE BUILDING SETBACKS, EASEMENTS, LOT DRAINAGE,
 AND THE FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION USING THE LATEST FIRM
 (NAVD).
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED BALCONY RAILING
 DETAILS FROM AN ARCHITECT OR ENGINEER TO COMPLY WITH
 FBC R312 AND R301.5
 3) THE SIGNED AND SEALED SOIL REPORT PROVIDED NEEDS TO
 BE ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED BY THE ENGINEER TO BE USED IN
 ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW. SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS IN
 PROJECTDOX NEED TO BE DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED
 BY THE ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT TO BE USED IN ELECTRONIC
 PLAN REVIEW. DRAWINGS DO NOT SHOW IN "ADOBE READER" AS
 DIGITALLY/ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED. - OR - IF YOUR
 ENGINEER DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRONIC OR DIGITAL
 SIGNATURE - PLEASE DROP OFF (CITY HALL DROP BOX) THE
 ORIGINAL SIGNED AND SEALED DRAWINGS/DOCUMENTS ALONG
 WITH A "PLAN REVIEW REQUEST FORM" EXPLAINING THE REASON
 FOR SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENT OR DRAWINGS.
 4) THE PROVIDED PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE CASEMENT
 WINDOW (16-0629.21) HAS EXPIRED - PLEASE PROVIDE AN
 UPDATED PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 5) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL PROVIDED FOR THE DOOR HAS A
 CITY STAMP ON IT - PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY WITHOUT THE
 CITY STAMP.
 6) PLEASE SHOW THE DESIGN LIVE LOADS (FLOOR, ROOF,
 BALCONY ETC.) TO COMPLY WITH FBC R301.5
 7) PLEASE CIRCLE ON THE ROOFING TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 HOW THE TILE IS TO BE ATTACHED TO MEET THE REQUIRED
 WIND PRESSURES - IF USING ADHESIVE PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 ADHESIVE MIAMI DADE OR FLORIDA STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL.
 8) ADDITION IS A SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT = THE FINISHED
 FLOOR OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE WILL NEED TO BE 2 FEET ABOVE
 BASE FLOOD ELEVATION PER CITY ORDINANCE NO.4729-17 SEC.
 18-33 (A) - FBC EXISTING BUILDING 1103.5 (1).
 9) PLEASE PROVIDE A DOOR AND WINDOW SCHEDULE SHOWING
 TYPES AND SIZES.
 10) PLEASE SHOW DOOR FROM GARAGE TO LIVING SPACE TO
 COMPLY WITH FBC R302.5.1
