 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-1 SCALE IS 1/16 INCH, SMALLER THAN THE
 BUILDING DEPARTMENT STANDARD. 107.2.1.3. QUALITY OF
 PLANS. BUILDING PLANS SHALL BE DRAWN TO A 1/8TH INCH
 SCALE ON SUBSTANTIAL PAPER OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE MEDIUM.
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL MAY ESTABLISH THROUGH DEPARTMENT
 POLICY OTHER STANDARDS FOR THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
 IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONFORMITY TO ITS RECORD RETENTION
 PROGRAM. THIS POLICY MAY INCLUDE SUCH THINGS AS MINIMUM
 SIZE, SHAPE, CONTRAST, CLARITY, OR OTHER ITEMS RELATED
 TO RECORD MANAGEMENT. ELECTRONIC MEDIA MUST BE
 COMPATIBLE WITH THE ARCHIVE REQUIREMENTS OF FLORIDA
 STATUTES.
  
 2) SHEET A-1 SHOWS A PARKING LOT, IS THIS AN EXISTING
 PARKING LOT OR NEW? IS THE PARKING AREA SHOWN CITY
 PROPERTY? THE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW ANY ACCESSIBLE
 PARKING, SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE 2017
 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY CODE SECTION 208.2 MINIMUM NUMBER AND
 TABLE 208.2.
  
 3) SHEET A-1 SHOWS IN THE PARKING AREA THE PARKING
 SPACES ARE SINGLE STRIPED, NOT THE DOUBLE STRIPE

 OF MARKING ARE NOT SPECIFIED BY THESE REQUIREMENTS BUT
 MAY BE ADDRESSED BY STATE OR LOCAL LAWS OR REGULATIONS.

 FOR THE GAZEBO. SHEET A-1 DOES GIVE WIND DESIGN
 CRITERIA AND HAS A STATEMENT THAT THE A1 SHEET IS TO
 PROVIDE MEADOW VIEW WOODWORKING IN CONSTRUCTION OF
 GAZEBO. THERE WERE NO STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS SUBMITTED
 WHERE ANYONE COULD BUILD THE GAZEBO.
 107.3.5 MINIMUM PLAN REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDINGS.
 107.3.5.1 COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
 107.3.5.1.1. BUILDING.
 FLOOR PLAN,
 STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS SHALL INCLUDE:
 FLOOR SYSTEMS (SHEET S-3)
 WALL FRAMING, POST AND OR COLUMNS
 ROOF SYSTEMS ROOF FRAMING, ANCHORS, SHEATHING/ DECKING,
 AND ROOFING MATERIALS
 THIS STRUCTURE MAYBE IN A FLOOD ZONE THE CIVIL DRAWING
 SUBMITTED DIDN?T INDICATE THE FLOOD ZONE THE GAZEBO IS
 IN? 2017 FBC-B 1612.1.
  
 5) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
