 ORDER TO ENFORCE COMPLIANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE AND ISSUE A PERMIT, TO REJECT DESIGN DOCUMENTS
 REQUIRED BY THE CODE THREE OR MORE TIMES FOR FAILURE TO
 CORRECT A CODE VIOLATION SPECIFICALLY AND CONTINUOUSLY
 NOTED IN EACH REJECTION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
 EGRESS, FIRE PROTECTION, STRUCTURAL STABILITY, ENERGY,
 ACCESSIBILITY, LIGHTING, VENTILATION, ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND GAS SYSTEMS, OR OTHER
 REQUIREMENTS IDENTIFIED BY RULE OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 COMMISSION ADOPTED PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 120, THE LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT SHALL IMPOSE, EACH TIME AFTER THE THIRD SUCH
 REVIEW THE PLANS ARE REJECTED FOR THAT CODE VIOLATION,
 A FEE OF FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPORTION OF THE

 FLAMINGO DRIVE INTO THE INTERNET THE RESULTS ARE FOR
 JAMES SWOPE FINE ARTS CONSERVATION WITH OFFICE HOURS
 AND WHAT APPEARS POSSIBLY VIEWINGS, CLASSES AND OR
 AUCTIONS SINCE THERE IS ALSO TICKET SALES. WE WILL NEED
 A LETTER FROM THE OWNER WHAT THE END INTENT FOR THIS
 BUILDING. THE NEW OWNERS HIBISCUSPB LLC WILL NEED TO
 INDICATE THE USE OF THIS PROPERTY.
  
 1C) 2ND REQUEST. THE SHEET 002A INDICATES A LEVEL 2
 ALTERATION TO A SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE. THE PALM BCH
 COUNTY HAS THE LAST KNOWN USE AS A WAREHOUSE. THIS
 WOULD BE CONSIDERED A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY AND THE PLANS
 DEVELOPED UNDER THE 2017 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING AND THE
 2017 RESIDENTIAL CODE IF THE USE IS TO BE STRICTLY USED
 FOR A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING.

 BUILDING CODES WERE ADOPTED ON DEC. 31/ 2017. UPDATE

 DISCLOSED UNDER THE 2017 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE
 WHAT METHOD THE PLANS WERE DEVELOPED. FOR THIS REVIEW
 THE REVIEWER WILL BE USING BOTH THE 2017 FBC-B AND THE
 2017 EXIST. BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 10 CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY SECTION 1001.2.2. CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION OR GROUP. WHERE THE OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION OF A BUILDING CHANGES, THE PROVISIONS OF
 SECTIONS 1002 THROUGH 1012 SHALL APPLY. THIS INCLUDES A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AND A CHANGE TO
 ANOTHER GROUP WITHIN AN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
