 1- PLANS SUBMITTED HAVE A PRINT OF THE ARCHITECT'S
 DIGITAL SIGNATURE. NEED ORIGINAL SIGNATURE. PROVIDE
 PLANS WITH ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE OR ARCHITECT TO
 SUBMIT PLANS ELECTRONICALLY WITH DIGITAL SIGNATURE AS
 REQUIRED BY 61G1-16.005 FAC.
  
 ARCHITECTS
 61G1-16.005 PROCEDURES FOR DIGITALLY SIGNING AND
 SEALING AND FOR ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTING PLANS,
 SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
  
 2- PROVIDE ROOF FRAMING PLAN. SPECIFY ALL ROOFING
 MEMBERS SIZES, SPACING AND CONNECTORS. SEC. R301.2.1
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC. 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 3- PROVIDE COMPLETE FRAMING DETAIL/SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE DOUBLE DOOR. SPECIFY ALL FRAMING MEMBERS AND ALL
 CONNECTORS. SEC. R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC.
 107.3.5.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- WALL SECTION ON SHEET 2.0:
 A)PROVIDE DETAIL/SPECS FOR THE DRIP EDGE AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R905.2.8.5 FBC-RESIDENTIAL.
  
 B) CONNECTOR TP6X SPECIFIED TO CONNECT THE 2X4 STUDS AT
 TOP AND BOTTOM IS NOT CLEAR. PROVIDE CLEAR
 SPECIFICATIONS OF THE STRUCTURAL CONNECTOR. SPECIFY
 MANUFACTURER AND SPECIFIC PUBLISHED CONNECTOR. SEC.
 R301.2.1 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 C)SPECIFY HOW MUCH EMBEDMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THE 3/8"
 ZINC PLATED WEDGE ANCHORS SPECIFIED IN THE WALL SECTION
 TO FASTEN THE 2X4 BOTTOM PLATE.

 FAC 61G20-3.001 FOR:
 A) DOUBLE DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. (OK PER ROBERT
 BROWN. E-MAIL DATED 06/23/2020)
  
 B) ROOF SHINGLES.
  
 7-DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS LOW.
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, CONTRACTOR'S
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 109.3 CITY AMENDMENTS. UPDATE
 VALUATION TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS OR PROVIDE COPY OF
 SIGNED CONTRACTS INCLUDING DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES.
