2020-09-11 11:51:58THE PERMIT HAS BEEN APPROVED WITH THE FOLLOWING
 CONDITION(S):
 1. ALL EXTERIOR FRAMES SHALL HAVE WHITE OR BRONZE
 FINISH.
 2. THE FRONT AND SIDE SOLOMONIC COLUMNS SHALL BE
 RETAINED AND RESTORED. THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF
 THESE COLUMNS IS PROHIBITED. THE NEW WINDOWS MUST BE
 INSTALLED WITH THE COLUMNS IN PLACE.
 3. ALL WINDOWS SHALL BE SIZED TO FIT THE ORIGINAL
 WINDOW FRAME OPENING EXCEPT WHERE WINDOW OPENINGS ARE
 BEING MODIFIED AND MATCH THE
 INSET/LOCATION/DEPTH/PLACEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL WINDOWS
 WITHIN THE WINDOW FRAME OPENING.
 4. THE EXISTING MULLION SHALL REMAIN OR BE REPLACED
 WITH A MULLION OF THE SAME WIDTH AND PLACEMENT. THE
 MULLIONS WITH A SOLOMONIC COLUMN MUST REMAIN.
 5. ALL MUNTINS SHALL HAVE AN EXTERNAL DIMENSIONAL OGEE
 OR PYRAMID PROFILE.
 6. ALL WINDOWS WITH A SOLOMONIC COLUMN SHALL HAVE A 1/1
 LITE PATTERN. NO ADDITIONAL LITE PATTERN IS PERMITTED.
 7. THE FOLLOWING GLASS GLAZING OPTIONS SHALL APPLY:
 A. STREET FACING AND ALL WINDOWS LOCATED UNDER THE HIP
 AND PENT ROOF SHALL BE CLEAR ONLY.
 B. NON-STREET FACING SHALL BE CLEAR OR CLEAR WITH
 LOW-E.
 C. NON-STREET FACING BATHROOMS MAY HAVE OBSCURED
 TEXTURED GLASS.
 8. THE FALSE BALCONY RAILINGS NORTH AND WEST ELEVATION
 SHALL BE RAW IRON OR HAVE THE APPEARANCE THEREOF.
