| | THE DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR USABLE BATHROOMS IN DWELLING |
| | UNITS, THE ALTERATIONS THAT ARE PROPOSED IN THE |
| | BATHROOMS SHALL ALSO BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE FAIR |
| | HOUSING ACT. THE FAIR HOUSING ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES |

| | SIXTH EDITION. COMPLIANCE WITH THE GUIDELINES REQUIRES |

| | DESIGNED OR PROVIDED WHERE NEW FIXTURES ARE BEING |
| | INSTALLED. THE PLAN IS INDICATING COMPLETE REPLACEMENT |
| | OF PLUMBING FIXTURES IN BATHS 1 AND 2; AND THE |
| | CONVERSION OF A BATHTUB TO A SHOWER IN BATH 2. ENLARGED |
| | DIMENSIONED DRAWINGS OF THE BATHROOMS ARE REQUIRED WITH |
| | CLEAR FLOOR SPACE DIAGRAMS CONFIGURED ON THE DRAWINGS. |
