 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PLEASE BE SURE THAT ALL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 IMPOSED BY RESOLUTION NO. 81-20 ARE BEING ADDRESSED,
 WITHIN THE APPROPRIATE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAMES.
  
 2. THE SITE PLAN SUBMITTED FOR PERMITTING SHOULD BE THE
 SAME SITE PLAN THAT WAS APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 DEVELOPMENT OF SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (DSI) AMENDMENT. THE
 SITE PLAN SUBMITTED DOES NOT MATCH THAT WHICH WAS
 APPROVED AND IS MISSING A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF
 INFORMATION:
  
 2.1. SETBACKS TO THE BUILDING ARE NOT SHOWN.
  
 2.2. PLANTER IS SHOWN WRAPPING AROUND THE BIKE RACKS.
 THE PAVERS OF THE OUTDOOR SEATING WERE TO CONTINUE ALL
 THE WAY ACROSS THE DRIVE AISLE TO THE OFFICE BUILDING.
  
 2.3. PARKING LOT CONFIGURATION/STRIPING DOES NOT MATCH.
  
 2.4. SITE DATA INFORMATION IS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 2.5. EXTENT OF THE OVERHANG/CANOPY IS NOT SHOWN ON THE
 SITE PLAN.
  
 2.6. PEDESTRIAN PLAZA HAS BEEN MODIFIED FROM WHAT WAS
 APPROVED.
  
 3. SEPARATE PERMITS SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR LANDSCAPING,
 IRRIGATION, PARKING/HARDSCAPE, SIGNAGE, ETC. LANDSCAPE
 PLANS NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND SUBMITTED AS A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION.
  
 4. DETAIL FOR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHALL INDICATE THE
 HEIGHT OF THE SCREEN WALL AND THE WIDTH OF THE OPENING.
  
 5. THE FOLLOWING DETAILS ARE MISSING:
  
 5.1. BIKE RACK
  
 6. THE PARKING STRIPING DETAIL ON SHEET C.9 IS
 INCORRECT. THERE SHOULD BE TWO (2) FEET BETWEEN THE
 WHEEL STOP AND THE CURB AT THE HEAD OF THE PARKING
 STALL. NOTE THAT SOME OF THE PARKING SPACES ON THE
 APPROVED SITE PLAN DO NOT HAVE WHEEL STOPS AND INSTEAD
 HAVE A CURB WITH THE VEHICLE OVERHANG OCCURRING OVER
 LANDSCAPE AREA. PLEASE REFER TO THE APPROVED SITE PLAN.
  
 7. ON THE ELEVATIONS, IS THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 EXTENDING ABOVE THE HEIGHT OF THE PARAPET? THIS WAS NOT
 SHOWN IN THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS; ALL MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT IS TO BE SCREENED FROM VIEW.
