 PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS. RESPOND TO THE
 COMMENTS IN WRITING AND/OR ON THE PLANS WHERE
 APPLICABLE:
  
 1.) PROVIDE AN UPDATED SIGNED AND SEALED SURVEY OF THE
 PROPERTY. THE SURVEY PROVIDED IS FROM FEBRUARY 2017 AND
 DOES NOT REFLECT THE LATEST CHANGES MADE TO THE SITE.
  
 2.) THE OUTDATED SURVEY SHOWS THAT THE EXISTING
 STRUCTURE IS 4,056 SQ. FT. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THAT THE
 EXISTING BUILDING IS 3,810 SQ. FT. WITH A PROPOSED 102
 SQ. FT. BUILDING ADDITION. PLEASE CLARIFY THE
 DISCREPANCY.
  
 3.) THE PROPOSED SITE MODIFICATIONS WILL ELIMINATE
 EIGHT (8) EXISTING PARKING SPACES. PLEASE PROVIDE
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE RESTAURANT SEATING
 CAPACITY SO THAT REQUIRED PARKING CAN BE CALCULATED.
  
 4.) THE EXISTING PARKING STALL STRIPING IS INCONSISTENT
 WITH THE MINIMUM STRIPING REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). STRIPING FOR
 THE PROJECT SHALL BE UPDATED FOR CONSISTENCY WITH THE
 CITY?S STANDARDS. A STRIPING DETAIL SHALL ALSO BE
 PROVIDED IN THE DETAILS SHEET TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY
 WITH THE ZONING CODE. [ZLDR S.94-485]
  
 5.) TWO-WAY DRIVE AISLES SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF 24 FT.
 WIDE. [ZLDR S.94-485]
  
 6.) DETAIL OF THE LOCATION OF THE BICYCLE RACKS (WITH
 DIMENSIONS) REQUIRED IN THE DETAILS. BICYCLE RACK
 DIMENSIONS AND SPACING SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
 CITY?S BICYCLE PARKING DESIGN STANDARDS.
  
 7.) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION FROM PERMITS
 TABULATED FOR THE YEAR EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($546,074.00) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION
 PERMIT SHALL BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE
 SITE INTO CONFORMITY.
