 1) SHEET A-1 REFERENCES THE 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 PLEASE NOTE THE RESIDENTIAL CODE IS TO BE USED STRICTLY
 FOR ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. PLEASE UPDATE
 THE PLANS.
 2) SHEET A-5 THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN SHOWS THE ROOF
 DRAINAGE BROKEN INTO 2 SECTIONS WITH ROOF DRAINS. NOTES
 TO THE RIGHT OF THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN INDICATES THE
 ROOF THICKNESS TO BE FROM 13 INCHES TO 6 INCHES AT EACH
 OF THE ROOF DRAINS. THAT IS A DIFFERENCE OF 7 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT. THE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW A SECONDARY ROOF
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM NOR A SECONDARY (EMERGENCY OVERFLOW)
 DRAINS OR SCUPPERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1503.4.1
 OF THE 2017 FBC-B. ALSO REVIEW 1503.4.2.1. OVERFLOW
 SCUPPERS.
 3) INDICATE ON THE PLANS WHERE THE CRYPT VENT DRAINS
 TERMINATE. ARE THEY PIPED UNDER THE SLAB TO A POINT OF
 DISCHARGE? CLARIFY.
 4) SHT. A-4 DETAIL B SHOWS THE THE CRYPT VENTS AS 1
 INCH AND SHEETS A-6 & P-2 SHOW THE VENTS AS 1 1/4 INCH.
 CLARIFY.
 5) SHTS. A-5 & P-1 & P-2 SHOW A 3 INCH ROOF DRAIN PIPE
 BUT THE ROOF DRAIN DETAIL ON P-1 ALSO SHOWS A 4 INCH
 DRAIN PIPE. CLARIFY.
 6) THE STORM PIPING SHALL BE SIZED BASED ON THE
 PUBLISHED ROOF DRAIN FLOW RATE, FBC-PLUMBING SEC. 1106.
