 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) SHEET A-1 INDICATES THE CODES THIS STRUCTURE WAS
 DESIGNED TO IS THE 2017 FBC-COMMERCIAL (BUILDING) AND
 THE 2017 FBC-RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 PLEASE NOTE THE RESIDENTIAL CODE IS TO BE USED STRICTLY
 FOR ONE AND TWO FAMILY DWELLING UNITS. PLEASE UPDATE
 THE PLANS.
  
 2) SHEET A-5 THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN SHOWS THE ROOF
 DRAINAGE BROKEN INTO 2 SECTIONS WITH ROOF DRAINS. NOTES
 TO THE RIGHT OF THE ROOF FRAMING PLAN INDICATES THE
 ROOF THICKNESS TO BE FROM 13 ? INCHES TO 6 INCHES AT
 EACH OF THE ROOF DRAINS. THAT IS A DIFFERENCE OF 7 ?
 INCHES IN HEIGHT. THE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW A SECONDARY
 ROOF DRAINAGE SYSTEM NOR A SECONDARY (EMERGENCY
 OVERFLOW) DRAINS OR SCUPPERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
 1503.4.1 OF THE 2017 FBC-B. ALSO REVIEW 1503.4.2.1.
 OVERFLOW SCUPPERS.
  
 3A) SHEET A-4 SHOWS THE ROOFING PRODUCT TO BE A SINGLE
 PLY 60 MIL. TPO ROOFING MEMBRANE (20 YEAR). THIS REVIEW
 NO ROOFING PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED. SINCE THERE
 IS NO CONTRACTOR SIGNED ONTO THIS PERMIT THE DESIGNER
 OF RECORD MAY WANT TO CONSIDER THE PRODUCT APPROVAL TO
 BE A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL.
 107.3.4.2 DEFERRED SUBMITTALS. FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS
 SECTION, DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ARE DEFINED AS THOSE
 PORTIONS OF THE DESIGN THAT ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE
 TIME OF THE APPLICATION AND THAT ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO
 THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITHIN A SPECIFIED PERIOD.
 DEFERRAL OF ANY SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL HAVE THE PRIOR
 APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. THE REGISTERED
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN RESPONSIBLE CHARGE SHALL LIST
 THE DEFERRED SUBMITTALS ON THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 FOR REVIEW BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.
  
 DOCUMENTS FOR DEFERRED SUBMITTAL ITEMS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL IN
 RESPONSIBLE CHARGE WHO SHALL REVIEW THEM AND FORWARD
 THEM TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL WITH A NOTATION
 INDICATING THAT THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE
 BEEN REVIEWED AND FOUND TO BE IN GENERAL CONFORMANCE TO
 THE DESIGN OF THE BUILDING. THE DEFERRED SUBMITTAL
 ITEMS SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED UNTIL THE DEFERRED
 SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL.

 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR
 JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 3D) ROOFING: FOR ALL ROOFING PRODUCTS PLEASE IDENTIFY
 ALL ROOFING SUB-SYSTEMS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PRESSURES
 FOR ROOF ZONE # 1. REVIEW THE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 LIMITATIONS, IF ENHANCED FASTENING IS ALLOWED FOR ROOF
 ZONES 2 & 3. FASTENER DENSITIES SHALL BE INCREASED FOR
 THE BASE SHEET AS CALCULATED IN COMPLIANCE WITH ROOFING
 APPLICATION STANDARDS RAS 117. CALCULATION PREPARED,
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL
 ENGINEER OR REGISTERED ARCHITECT. 1609.6.4.4.1
