 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 1) THE FLOOR PLAN WAS NOT DESIGNED BY EITHER AN
 ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT. CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR. THE
 CONTRACTOR (QUALIFIER) THAT CREATED / DRAWN THE SET OF
 PLANS WILL NEED TO IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AS THE AUTHOR OF
 THE PLANS. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME, SIGN YOUR NAME AND
 LICENSE NUMBER FOR THE TRADE YOU ARE LICENSED IN AND
 PLANS DRAWN. 107.3.4.3 CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR.
  
 2) THE PERMIT VALUE SEEMS TO BE LOW FOR THE SCOPE OF
 WORK THAT IS TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS PERMIT. 109.3*
 BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 THIS MAIN BUILDING PERMIT WILL INCLUDE THE FEES FOR THE
 MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & ROOFING PERMITS.
 WHEN THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR COMES IN FOR A BUILDING
 PERMIT WITH THE SIGNED PERMIT APPLICATION FORM BY THE
 QUALIFIER AND OWNER AND BRINGS IN THE LISTED
 SUB-PERMITS M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS SIGNED BY THE
 QUALIFIER OF EACH COMPANY, THEIR INSURANCES AND
 LICENSURE UP TO DATE, THE M-E-P AND ROOFING PERMITS ARE
 FREE OF CHARGE. IF THE M-E-P & ROOFING PERMITS COME IN
 LATER THERE WILL BE AN $80.00 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE FOR
 EACH PERMIT.
  
 3) LAST YEAR THERE WAS A PERMIT ISSUED 19041186 TO
 REPLACE FAUCETS IN 3 UNITS. THE PROPOSED PLAN SHOWS 2
 EXTERIOR DOORS, HAS THERE BEEN A DEMISING WALL REMOVED
 BETWEEN TWO OF THE UNITS? PLEASE PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN
 OF THE EXISTING BUILDING BEFORE ANY WORK HAD STARTED.
 PLEASE PROVIDE AN OVERALL FLOOR PLAN OF THE 2 BUILDINGS
 SHOWING THE TENANT SPACES. 107.2.1.2.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN IS MISSING REQUIRED
 INFORMATION FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDING PLAN REVIEW. 2017

 8) STRUCTURAL REQUIREMENTS:
 WIND DESIGN CRITERIA: 2017 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN
 DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 8.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.

 11) PLEASE REVIEW HOW YOU ARE TO MEET DISPROPORTIONATE
 COST. EITHER THE CONTRACTOR OR THE DESIGNER OF RECORD
 ON THEIR LETTERHEAD ARE TO PROVIDE ON THEIR LETTERHEAD
 HOW THEY ARE GOING TO SPEND THE 20% DISPROPORTIONATE
 FUNDS IN THE ORDER LISTED BELOW. 2017 FBC-ACCESSIBILITY

 11A) ACCESS CODE 404.2.4.1 SWINGING DOORS AND GATES.
 SWINGING DOORS AND GATES SHALL HAVE MANEUVERING
 CLEARANCES COMPLYING WITH TABLE 404.2.4.1.
 DOORS NEED TO BE IDENTIFIED AND PROVIDE WIDTH OF DOORS.
 MINIMUM MANEUVERING CLEARANCES AT DOORS AND GATES SHALL
 COMPLY WITH 404.2.4. MANEUVERING CLEARANCES SHALL
 EXTEND THE FULL WIDTH OF THE DOORWAY AND THE REQUIRED
 LATCH SIDE FOR SIDE CLEARANCE.
  
 11B) PROVIDE RESTROOM DETAILS FLOOR PLAN AND ELEVATIONS
 TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER 6 OF THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE.

 12) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR

 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
