 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.

 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSE. 2017 FBC-B 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN
 DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 STRUCTURE:
  
 1.1. ULTIMATE DESIGN WIND SPEED, VULT, (3-SECOND GUST),
 MILES PER HOUR AND NOMINAL DESIGN WIND SPEED, VASD, AS
 DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3.1.
  
 1.2. RISK CATEGORY.
  
 1.3. WIND EXPOSURE. APPLICABLE WIND DIRECTION IF MORE
 THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS UTILIZED. TABLE 1609.7.2.
 HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE. ASCE 7-10 TABLE 30.3.1.
  
 1.4. APPLICABLE INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 1.5. DESIGN WIND PRESSURES TO BE USED FOR EXTERIOR
 COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED
 BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE DESIGN OF THE STRUCTURE, PSF.

 EXPOSURE. PROVIDE THE MEAN ROOF HEIGHT FOR THE

 2) SHEET 1 OF 1 THE FOUNDATION DETAIL DOES NOT PROVIDE
 THE TYPE OF CONCRETE MINIMUM DESIGN FACTORS FOR
 CONCRETE AND REINFORCING STEEL.

 2.1 SPECIFIED COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF CONCRETE.
 2.2 SPECIFIED STRENGTH OR GRADE OF THE REINFORCEMENT.
 2.3 LAP LENGTH OF THE VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT FROM THE
 VERTICAL TO HORIZONTAL BOND BEAM.
 2.4 SIZE AND LOCATION OF THE CLEAN-OUT HOLES TO REMOVE
 EXCESS MORTAR.
 2.5 THE PLANS ARE SILENT AS TO IF THE VERTICAL CELLS W/
 RE-ENFORCING AND BOND BEAM ARE GOING TO BE FILLED WITH
 GROUT OR PEA-ROCK. 2017 FBC-B 2103.3.
  
 3) SHEET 1 OF 1 DISCREPANCY IN THE FOUNDATION PLANS.
 THE WRITTEN NOTE INDICATES THE STEEL AS 2 CONTINUOUS #
 5?S BUT THE FOUNDATION PLAN INDICATES THE PLACEMENT OF
 3 RE-BARS. DISCREPANCY IN PLANS. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED.
  
 4) THE CUT SECTION OF THE WALL SHOWS THE UPRIGHT STEEL
 FROM THE FOOTER TO EXTEND 30 INCHES ABOVE THE TOP OF
 THE FOUNDATION WITH THE MAX. TO BE 48 INCHES BUT THE
 CUT SECTION DOES NOT SHOW VERTICAL RE-INFORCEMENT IN
 THE CUT SECTION OR IN THE PLAN VIEW WHICH CELLS WILL BE
 FILED AND HAVE REINFORCING IN THEM. 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 5) THE CUT SECTION OF THE WALL HAS A NOTE AT THE BOND
 BEAM ABOUT THE USE OF STIRRUPS IN THIS BOND BEAM.
 PLEASE NOTE STIRRUPS CANNOT BE USED IN A BOND BEAM.
 STIRRUPS ARE ONLY USED IN A CONCRETE BEAM THE MINIMUM
 WIDTH USUALLY A 8 INCH 4 BAR MINIMUM BEAM AS OVER
 WINDOW AND DOOR OPENINGS, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL
 HORIZONTAL BARS ADDED OR Z BARS ADDED FOR EXTRA LOAD
 BEARING CAPACITY. PLEASE UPDATE THE NOTE.
  
 6) WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE THE REVISION
 & REMOVE ANY VOIDED SHEETS & REPLACE ANY PAGES AS
 NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL
 REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE
 REVISION MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO
 EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED
 COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
