 106.1 LIVE LOADS POSTED. WHERE THE LIVE LOADS FOR WHICH
 EACH FLOOR OR PORTION THEREOF OF A COMMERCIAL OR
 INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IS OR HAS BEEN DESIGNED TO EXCEED
 50 PSF, SUCH DESIGN LIVE LOADS SHALL BE CONSPICUOUSLY
 POSTED BY THE OWNER IN THAT PART OF EACH STORY IN WHICH
 THEY APPLY, USING DURABLE SIGNS. IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL

 IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE IF OCCUPANCY SEPARATION IS
 REQUIRED. IF SO THEN THE WALL, WINDOW & DOOR TO THE
 OFFICE AREA WILL NEED TO BE FIRE RATED. F2 / BUSINESS
 WOULD REQUIRE A 2 HOUR FIRE RATED WALL AND 1 ? HOUR
 PROTECTIVES, IF REQUIRED.
