 1) THERE IS A PROPOSED DEMO PLAN, AN EXISTING FLOOR
 PLAN AND A PROPOSED MEP FLOOR PLAN. THERE IS NO
 PROPOSED FLOOR PLAN FOR BUILDING SHOWING THE LOCATION
 OF BATHROOM LAVS, WATERCLOSET?S. ALSO MISSING IS THE
 NEW KITCHEN CABINET CONFIGURATION, IT IS UNKNOWN IF
 THERE IS AN ISLAND CABINET AND THE DIMENSIONS BETWEEN
 ISLAND AND SURROUNDING CABINETS AND APPLIANCES. PLEASE
 NOTE THIS BUILDING WAS CONFIGURED AFTER THE FAIR
 HOUSING REQUIREMENTS TOOK PLACE. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 IS REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO DETERMINE CODE COMPLIANCE.

 FOR PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION, A COVERED MULTIFAMILY
 DWELLING SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED
 FOR FIRST OCCUPANCY ON OR BEFORE MARCH 13, 1991, IF
 THEY ARE OCCUPIED BY THAT DATE OR IF THE LAST BUILDING
 PERMIT OR RENEWAL THEREOF FOR THE COVERED MULTIFAMILY
 DWELLINGS IS ISSUED BY A STATE, COUNTY OR LOCAL
 GOVERNMENT ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 13, 1990.
  
 3) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE
 THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR
 PERMIT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ANTICIPATED COOPERATION.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN SINCE
 THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND REQUIRED
 DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE THERE
 MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW PLANS
 AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
