 ACTION: DENIED
 1) THE PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK
 STATES KIOSK CANOPY FOR EXTERIOR DRIVE THROUGH ATM. THE
 PERMIT DESCRIPTION STATES THE PERMIT IS FOR THE KIOSK
 CANOPY BUT NOT FOR THE ATM MACHINE. EITHER THE PERMIT
 WILL BE FOR BOTH OR 2 SEPARATE PERMITS WILL NEED TO BE
 APPLIED FOR BEFORE THIS PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
 2017 WEST PALM BEACH AMENDMENTS TO THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, CHAPTER 1, ADMINISTRATIVE CODE. 107.2.1.2
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE VALUE OF THE WORK IS EXTREMELY LOW FOR THIS
 PERMIT EVEN IF THIS PERMIT IS FOR THE ATM CANOPY.
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC.) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 3)NOTE! PLEASE ALSO NOTE THERE IS A SECOND PERMIT
 20010087 THAT IS APPLIED FOR, FOR THE ATM CANOPY
 SURROUND. TWO PERMITS CANNOT BE ISSUED FOR THE SAME
 WORK. AT THIS TIME PERMIT 20010087 HAS ONLY GONE
 THROUGH ONE ROUND OF COMMENTS.
  
  
 4) SHEET S5.2 DOES NOT INDICATE IN THE TITLEBLOCK WHO
 IT BELONGS TO. THE TITLEBLOCK HAS THE NAME ATLAS
 BRANDING THE WORLD. IF THIS IS FROM AN ARCHITECTURAL
 FIRM PLEASE SHOW COMPLIANCE FOR ARCHITECTS: FLORIDA
 ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 61G1-16.005. PROCEDURES FOR
 DIGITALLY SIGNING AND SEALING AND FOR ELECTRONICALLY
 TRANSMITTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER
 DOCUMENTS.
  
 5) THERE IS ALSO ISSUES WITH THE 7 SHEETS FROM ATLAS
 WITH THEODORE M MCANLIS P. E. ONLY THE TOP SHEET SHOWS
 AN ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. THERE IS NO 2ND PERSON
 VERIFICATION TO THIS SIGNATURE. 61G15-23.003 PROCEDURES
 FOR SIGNING AND SEALING ELECTRONICALLY TRANSMITTED
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS.
  
 6) THE 7 SHEETS OF ENGINEERED DRAWINGS IT APPEARS AS
 STATED FOR FABRICATION ONLY, NOT TO BE USED FOR
 PERMITTING. THEY ALSO NOTE THAT THEY ARE FOR SIGNAGE,
 WHICH IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT. SEPARATE
 PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR SIGNAGE AND ELECTRICAL FOR THE
 SIGN. 105.1 PERMITS REQUIRED.
  
 7) SHEET 2 OF 7 SHOWS A STEEL POLE GOING THROUGH THE
 CENTER OF THE END WALL AND SECTION CUTS A AND B. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL SHEET SHOWING HOW THE MAIN WIND
 FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM WORKS AND HOW THE MWFRS IS TO BE
 ANCHORED TO THE FOUNDATION.
  
 8) A THOROUGH REVIEW OF THE PLANS COULD NOT HAPPEN
 SINCE THERE WAS A GREAT DEFICIENCY IN PLANS AND
 REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION. WITH THE NEXT PLAN REVIEW CYCLE
 THERE MAYBE ADDITIONAL REVIEW COMMENTS BECAUSE OF NEW
 PLANS AND INFORMATION LACKING UNDER THE PRIOR REVIEW.
  
 9) A TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW
 COMMENT NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION
 MADE, IDENTIFYING , THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE
 WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE
