 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3 COMPLIANCE.
 ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND
 SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING. CREATION OR EXTENSION
 OF NONCONFORMITY. ALL NEW WORK, RE-CONFIGURATION SHALL
 NOT CREATE OR EXTEND ANY NONCONFORMITY IN THE EXISTING
 BUILDING TO WHICH THE RE-CONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS
 BEING MADE WITH REGARD TO ACCESSIBILITY, STRUCTURAL
 STRENGTH, FIRE SAFETY, MEANS OF EGRESS, OR THE CAPACITY
 OF MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS.
  
 2017 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. 801.3 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW
 CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS, SYSTEMS, AND SPACES
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
  
 THE ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS FOR ENCLOSING A EXTERIOR DINING
 ROOM, REMOVE THE PATIO DOORS, AND INSTALLATION OF NEW
 WINDOWS. SINCE THE ORIGINAL PERMIT WAS NEVER ISSUED,
 THERE ARE NO DOCUMENTS TO REFERENCE. A COMPLETE SET OF
 DOCUMENTS WILL BE NEEDED TO ENSURE CODE COMPLIANCE.
 SINCE THE PERMIT WAS NEVER ISSUED, THERE WAS NEVER
 INSPECTIONS TO VERIFY CODE COMPLIANCE. THIS REVIEW WILL
 PROVIDE A LIST OF DEFICIENT DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO DO A
 THOROUGH REVIEW.
