 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS.
  
 1) PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION IN THE FORM OF A SURVEY
 TO VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED FACILITIES ARE LOCATED
 WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND NOT ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
 THE SUPPLIED PLAN IS SIGNED AND SEALED BY AN ENGINEER,
 NOT A SURVEYOR. THE BACK OF A SIDEWALK IS TYPICALLY THE
 BOUNDARY BETWEEN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE PRIVATE
 PROPERTY, BUT THE PLAN SHOWS THE SIDEWALKS LOCATED AWAY
 FROM THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) PROVIDE CONSENT FROM FPL, THE OWNER OF THE UTILITY
 POLE, THAT PERMITS THE PLACEMENT OF THE ANTENNAS AND
 RELATED EQUIPMENT ON IT.
  
 3) THE CITY REQUIRES THAT THE EQUIPMENT (UTILITY METER,
 DISCONNECT AD NEMA BOX) BE SCREENED BY LANDSCAPE.
 PLEASE SHOW HOW THIS WILL OCCUR. THE PLANS SHOW THE
 ELECTRIC METER CAN MOUNTED WITH A CENTER AT "6 FOOT
 HIGH MAX" WITH THE PEDESTAL AT LEAST ONE FOOT TALLER.
 PLEASE CONSIDER HAVING THEM MOUNTED ON A SHORTER
 PEDESTAL TO MINIMIZE THE VISUAL IMPACT (A LOWER
 LANDSCAPE SCREEN COULD THEN BE USED) OF THE EQUIPMENT
 IN FRONT OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE. PROVIDE THE
 ACTUAL HEIGHT OF THE PEDESTAL THAT IS BEING INSTALLED
 ON THE PLAN.
  
 4) IF THE SURVEY FROM COMMENT #1 SHOWS ALL THE
 EQUIPMENT WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, THEN PROVIDE THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY APPROVAL FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR THE
 CONSTRUCTION OF THE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ATTACHED TO THE
 POWER POLE BUT ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY.
