 AREA IS THE AREA OF THE SMALLEST CIRCLE, TRIANGLE OR
 PARALLELOGRAM, WHICH CONTAINS ALL CONTENT, BACKGROUND
 AND STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS. PLEASE ILLUSTRATE AND PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS OF THE SIGN AREA TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY.
